Had a wonderful time even though our visit was during Hurricane Hillary and pool was closed the hotel had set up lots of activities to keep kids dry and entertained

Staff is friendly but they are so busy and under staffed that they take so long to answer calls and to help customers. I waited so long for my room and when I finally was given the key card it did not open my room door took 45 minutes to get my new key card and that took away from the Theme park .

Was a great experience and everyone was so nice and helpful!

I’m highly disappointed, we saved up to splurge and stay on property to celebrate my daughters birthday. We got super excited they decided to upgrade our room but to our dismay we had a huge problem with our room the sink made loud noises when we turned the hot water on and throughout the night as people used their sink we heard the noise thru the wall. After the first night i reached out to guest services who advised me they would take care of it. We left and spent the day at the park when we returned we found that the noise was still present. So again we reached out to guest services they told us they were working on the noise but unfortunately we’re out of rooms for the night so they wouldn’t be able to move us till the following morning they compensated us less then half of what we paid per night and said they would move us in the morning if we still heard the noise. After another bad night sleep from the noise i called guest services in the morning to have us moved. They told us a room would be available after 3, we left enjoyed our last day at the park and when we returned we found out our new room was only 1 floor down from our existing room and therefore we could still hear the noise. We were so exhausted from the long day that we pushed thru another terrible night sleep. For the amount of money we paid to stay 3 terrible nights i probably wouldn’t do it again.

Great hotel!

Very nice staff!

What can I say? It's Disneyland Resorts. Had an amazing time and the details all around the resort and in the rooms are incredible! I will definitely return again.

It’s fine, but sad like all Disney resorts. Basically just a not quite Marriott quality hotel charging hundreds more because of location, which is understandable.

I think for the price you should get a daily room cleaning, and a lounge chair by the pool
