Needs updates.

The condo was not ready to be occupied. Rug rolled up on the patio. Dishes in dishwasher, had not been run and condo has been unoccupied for some time. All the router, cable boxes and TV’s were unplugged. Nails and remodeling debris in living room floor and patio. We brought 2 toddlers, we had to sweep multiple times. No dust pan. General condo issues. Refrigerator in kitchen is broke, loaner in dining area, very inconvenient. The washer did not work last year, same washer, we did not even try. The dryer is broken. The level of remodel intrusion was far above expected. We were warned, if this had been the only issue it would not have been that bad. There was mold in the master bath, shower head and railings. The keurig has mold in the reservoir.The cleaning crew was still here cleaning at 4:15pm on check in day. We love staying at wind drift north but will not stay at this condo again.

Were cancelled by management day before check in day. We’re left to scramble and find a new place on Memorial Day Weekend. The agent did help search for other accommodations. Just very frustrating.

Listing was accurate! Condo is very spacious decor is a bit dated but very clean. The entire complex is very close to the beach, much more so than newer complexes. Makes it very easy to carry items down to the beach for the day! We had a great stay!
