The living room, with its cozy furnishings and ample seating, is the ideal spot to unwind after a day spent soaking up the sun. A flat-screen TV ensures you can enjoy movie nights or catch up on your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the modern conveniences you need to prepare delicious meals for your group. Granite countertops, an under-counter ice machine, and bar seating at the kitchen island make this a perfect space for entertaining. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats all your guests, allowing for shared meals and great conversations.

The primary bedroom continues the stylish beach décor and features a king bed and large windows that offer stunning views of the Gulf. You can also step out directly onto the balcony for a quiet morning coffee or to watch the sunset. The private en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower for your convenience.

The two additional guest bedrooms each offer two double beds, plenty of closet space, and flat-screen TVs. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom that features a tub-shower combination, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. A full-size washer and dryer are available in the unit, making it easy to keep up with laundry during your stay.

Additional parking beyond the two provided spaces will need to be arranged off-site, and the cost for the two provided parking passes is $120. Please note that trailers, boats, jet skis, and campers are not allowed on the premises.
