Great views

Great views of sunrise and sunset! Clean condo. We had a few complaints. No icemaker. Has an electrical problem...breakers kept tripping on many receptacles. Dishwasher needs mounted.

Wedding trip

The condo was clean when we arrived and check-in was very easy. The condo has easy access to the beach as well as a Publix across the street. Make sure to bring your own supplies such as salt and pepper, aluminum foil, etc as none of those items are provided. The ice maker was broken and sting on top of the refrigerator. The unit has beautiful views of the gulf and is very spacious.

Teachers Gone Wild

Nice Accommodations with a View

My “Crew” and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beach condo for our annual getaway, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with just a few minor areas of concerns. The accommodations were nice, the view was breathtaking. The Condo itself was well-maintained and clean. The furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was adequately equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, but it would have been nice to have a few seasonings (salt pepper, etc.). The bedrooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were clean but to supply one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom… The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the view. The condo was situated right on the beach, and the view of the ocean was simply stunning. Waking up to the sound of crashing waves and being able to watch the sunset from the balcony was a truly memorable experience. The location couldn't have been better. The nice accommodations and breathtaking view made up for our areas of concern and we would return.

Cozy getaway

Great trip.

Location is great. The beach isn’t too busy around this property. It was clean, easy to access, laid back, and the views were stunning. I read other reviews about construction, but I believe all construction is completed near the facility. Would definitely stay here again. We brought everything we needed, but for future renters who are wondering, there are no beach chairs/gear for use in this condo. Would recommend absolutely!

Extra Long Weekend in October

This was the perfect property for my family. Everything was clean in our unit. The amenites at the complex were always clean and the staff was always very friendly. We definitely plan to stay here again! There is construction taking place next door, but it really wasn't bad. However, if you wake up easily and want to sleep in on your getaway...TAKE A FAN or noise machine.

Construction next door

Awesome location in Orange Beach; close to everything & amazing balcony view straight to the gulf. Not my level of cleanliness but I’m picky & I know it. Pool loud until about 9:30pm but it’s a vacation spot for families so to be expected. Wish they would have mentioned the cluster of 10 houses being built just off the west balcony. Construction very loud 7am-4pm every single day including weekends right off the entire west wall so no view except directly to gulf. Kept the curtains closed for privacy from construction workers on that side since all the windows face each other. Overall location outweighed the issues for us.

First family beach trip

Overall we had a great experience. Had to "baby proof" a little and put things out of reach. The floors were not cleaned very well and our feet would turn black immediately if going barefoot. there was one other thing that I addressed with management company too. Overall though it was a wonderful experience and we all loved it.
