Disliked: Cleanliness
The unit its self was nice and just as advertised but there were so many thing that had not been cleaned. Blankets that were dirty(not stained actually dirty unknown sticky substance on them)but folded and put in closet for use that I had to wash so we could use. There was a bikini hanging from decor in dining area from a previous occupant. Mirrors that had hand prints and other things all over them. The unit was nice but they need new cleaners. And the management company did absolutely nothing except say “oh gosh that’s terrible we will handle it” but then did nothing. The dryer quit the first night we were there, management company did come and replace it the next day. Bathroom sink would not drain, they fixed it very quickly (even though they knew it was not draining before we got there because Brett Robinson employee called me by mistake two days before check in to get permission to enter unit to fix it). I would absolutely stay in the unit again but not with Brett Robinson management/cleaning I would love the owner to know what is happening because the unit it’s self is very nice. My family has gone down at least once every summer for 15 plus years and have never had these types of issues.
