Love this place

Very nice place. It’s just as advertised. Nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. The views from the porch are so relaxing. Being able to see the Gulf and the river is unique. Close to many restaurants is a plus.

This condo was clean & beautifully decorated! We loved sitting on the deck in the morning & evening looking over the swimming pool, & the river or Bay Area to the right, & the ocean is across the road to the left. We enjoyed our stay & will stay again

Perfect last minute booking

My wife and I popped down for a last minute trip and found this property. The inside is beautiful and totally updated to new construction standards. Nice kitchen, bathrooms and balcony has nice furniture. The outside is dated and the stairs need some love. The pool was nice and well maintained. The beach across the street was empty because there is no property directly on the beach. We walked to Florabama for lunch. The coffee maker was broken and Vacassa never called us back. Had to go to Starbucks for coffee.

Motorcycle Stay

This condo was perfect for two couples traveling through on motorcycles. The interior decorations were beautiful, along with the view from the back deck. Only upgrade it needs is a set of beach towels since we don't travel with any towels on a motorcycle.

Overall great stay

Overall we really liked this property! It was clean and nicely updated and decorated. The master shower was really nice and the beds were very comfortable. A couple of reasons for 4 stars and not 5: -low lighting, especially in the master bedroom. It just seemed dark in the condo even with all the lights on. -bedroom with twin beds had an incredibly sticky door. It was super loud for our kids to open and close, waking everyone up. -guest bathroom tub/shower looked stained. It wasn’t actually dirty, but it looked like it.

Comfortable and nice condo

We loved the location and layout of the condo. The walk was not bad, but it is a 5 lane major highway you have to cross. Beds were great. The master bath is a little tight but the shower was great. The View from the balcony was awesome. We all took turns sitting outside and enjoying the view and breeze while reading. Condo could use more forks and spoons. The chairs, bar stools and outside chairs were a little snug for people with bigger hips. But we squeezed in. Decor was nice!

Jubilee Landing

The property is prime location on Ole River. No condo across the street to get on the beach which is a good thing. We had problems with the door code and it wouldn’t let us in. Eventually we just used the key in the lock box. Little things like the lamp by the master bed not working, and the lock not working need to be addressed. The condo is very pretty and the view is amazing. If you like to fish this is a great spot. You can fish right outside on the pier and the beach is across the street.

the location is good as it is located within easy access to orange beach and gulf shores. the appliances all work but are old and noisy. the price is good.

Cute, but nothing extraordinary

The location was great. Ocean entrance is across the street and isn't crowded with beach chairs or people like in front of some of the condos. View from the condo is great... you can see to the Gulf because there isn't a condo there blocking your view. The smell upon immediately entering the condo could be improved. Smelled a bit stale and old. The kitchen I felt to be lacking certain utensils- like ones that would be good for consuming oysters or crab legs. There was no spices, tupperware, oils, or condiments available for travelers who may not want to buy brand new items just to toss them out. The cookware could definitely stand to be updated. The pots and pans were scratched and discolored. Stainless steel cookware would be nice. Finally, the shared bathroom shower had issues draining.
