This condo needs a lot of work. The balcony sags so badly, half of it cannot be used. The high chairs pictures have all been moved to the side that is attached to the building on two sides. A couple nights into our stay the door key code stopped working on the old lock. Thankfully someone was in the condo to let everyone back in. As soon as the management company knew we were not locked out, it was no longer a priority. We went almost 24 hours where we could not all leave the condo at once. I was told I would be accommodated but we checked out almost a week ago and that has not happened. Half way through our week long trip we washed laundry just to realize the very old dryer did not work. It was replaced the next day but their solution was for me to go to a laundromat and get a receipt to be reimbursed. First, I’ve never been to a laundromat where I could get a receipt. Second, that would been waisting more time out of my vacation due to this condo not being properly cared for and the management company not caring. I would not recommend this condo and I will not rent a condo managed by this company again.

Owner was quick to respond when we had an issue with the door lock. However, there was roaches in the parking lot and the balcony to the place has a slope on it that is a little alarming.

Codo is great. It was clean. The mattress in the master bedroom is not very comfortable, and the indoor pool was very dirty. Everything else was great!

Tidewater Condo

The condo was fine with exception of cleanliness. We had to mop twice the whole condo just to get the floor cleaned. It made our feet black. Definitely need to do a better job with cleaning and supplies to start one off. Thank you

Property cancelled day of

We were told day of check in that the property wouldn’t not be ready due to “leak”. We were forced to stay in two different places, breaking our trip up to unpack and repack after two days. The property management team were super helpful but this was NOT the vacation I was looking for and not relaxing

Good location on the beach

We loved the location. The condo is nice on the inside and out and has great views. There are just a few things that needs attention. The shower head in master bathroom needs to be replaced due to it being rusted and the handles in the guest bathroom were messed up and need to be fixed. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was the perfect size for our needs. The only thing that concerned us was the balcony. It has a pretty decent lean to it & doesn’t feel very safe.

Leaning Tower of Orange Beach

Easy check in and out. Condo was clean. Did not like the electric stove or the thin pans they had for use. Burned 50 % or more of our meals. The balcony has a beautiful view, but it leans BADLY! Had kids with us and was terrified everytime they got close to it. Could only enjoy it if we sat right next to the sliding glass door of the master bedroom. Don't know if I would stay there again.

Family vacation

We enjoyed the property. The shower curtains in 2 bathrooms had mold on the and could be replaced. The balcony seemed to lean a bit much,but was doable. Internet was not stab77le in back bedrooms. It was a good place for family vacation

Balcony a bust.

Overall the room itself was nice. However there was a problem with the balcony in that it appeared unsafe to the point we were concerned and unable to enjoy its use. The railing had pulled away from the wall on both ends. The floor had dropped about 4-6 inches down. There was caution tape. This was not disclosed upon rental I would not have rented the unit because we enjoy the balcony view and atmosphere. I have a picture. Call 662-295-1344 if you want to speak to me.

Great location

Loved the location - close to shopping, bars/restaurants, and wonderfully close to the Gulf. Clean linens, towels! Great floor plan. Enjoyed having 3 bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms. Another review pointed out the sloping balcony. Loved the furniture but it was a bit concerning being out there, question the stability of the balcony. Southern Vacation Rentals extremely responsive and quickly repaired reported items when I checked in. Overall, a great stay!

Beach Getaway

The only problem we incurred was the sliding door in the living room would not open or shut easily so my family had to access the balcony through the master bedroom. Also the balcony feels as though it is leaning to one side. These were issues that were easily maneuvered around. We did encounter a small problem with gnats around the kitchen sink that were present upon arrival. We would consider renting this property again.

Nice property but small for 6 adults

The property was nice and clean. However, there wasn't really enough room for 6 adults to sit in the living room at the same time. The dining table only had 5 chairs so we pulled a barstool over for family dinners. One of the guest bedrooms was over the dumpster so every morning between 5 and 6 the garbage truck arrived.
