This is a north facing unit with incredible views and the only condo at The Oasis at Orange Beach, formerly known as Phoenix West II, with a fireplace!
Kick back, relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three-bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60" HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. No expense was spared when we decorated this condo at Phoenix West II.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath-taking views. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The decor in this condo is exceptional.
The condo's master bedroom has a King bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a King bed, there are two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom, and we have a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 10.
For your convenience we have installed a key-less entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is a perfect retreat. There is also a large state of the art exercise room. You have covered parking in the garage.
*Please note: The Oasis is a smoke-free complex, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The non-smoking policy, which include e-cigarettes, apply to all common areas (i.e. pool decks, stairwells, etc.), inside condominium units and on balconies.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Wonderful
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to others. The condo is very spacious and fit our family of five perfectly. The staff was very kind and helpful. The unit was clean upon arrival. This unit is on the 24th floor, but we had no issues with the elevators. The facility itself is very family oriented. There were many free amenities to keep the kids preoccupied.

A couple of issues.
We had an awesome time. I was initially impressed with the unit, but then we had problems with the tvs being unplugged from the cable, the batteries were dead in the remotes. The room with the double queen had a huge bundle of hair behind the headboard. I found a couple of dirty items in the cabinets in the kitchen. I was disappointed by these finds but it didn't ruin our stay, which is why I will not leave a review on the website, but I wanted to make you aware of these issues.
