Wow, is what you will say , when you walk in this newly re-decorated, gulf front condo. Most of the furniture is brand new! The linens, are all new as well. It has a king in the master, a queen , and two twins, perfect for a large family . The hall , and main living area , are all tile..... This is a very spacious condo, the ceilings are 9 feet tall!! We just put in all new stainless steel appliances. Super nice !!!

Another awesome advantage is the covered, private, secure parking place for 1 car, just for you! Not every unit comes with this luxury, it is most definitely, a bit above the other units when it comes to providing for all of your wants and needs. Another additional car can be parked in open lot for a fee. Also the living room , and master bedroom TV's both have built in internet connections and access to to web apps. Such as, Facebook, Netflix and Hulu for instant online entertainment! Super updated condo for your vacation . We tried not to leave out anything. We also have 2 reserved spots for Tesla Car Charging / all your charging needs for electric vehicles.

You will enjoy your own entry to the balcony from the master by way of the sliding glass doors , which are new also. As you can see by the photos, your master is truly romantic, from the linens on the bed, to the silk curtain panels, faux fur throw, and perfect lighting.

Also, the bedroom with the twin beds, as you can see , was designed to be enjoyed by the adults , as well as children, again , unexpected luxury..........So if it is a girls trip, mens fishing trip, or simply vacation, you have room with tv, twin beds that are outfitted with upscale linens and not just for the kids......

The queen bedroom has an awesome design again, it has a very rich wall color with linen curtain panels.....It is connected to the second bath, which is nice .

This complex, is one of the best in Orange Beach, it has secure gated entry, huge lobby, lots of amenities, a covered motor lobby as well and plenty of elevators .

This condo is on the 11th floor , the views are insane. We would love to have you , your check -in is super easy....With welcoming treats on the counter.... We will save a place for your toes in the sand in beautiful orange beach , Alabama!!!!!

For the price, good place

Overall the place was a good place for the price. Updates are needed as the place is very dark inside with minimal lighting. Very hard to read a book in the evenings. Dryer struggled to dry clothes and air conditioning vents need to be cleaned out. It is a large building and at times there was only 1 elevator working. We enjoyed our stay but probably will not book this unit again.

This condo had everything my family of 5 needed. It was spacious, comfortable, and cozy with beautiful views of the Gulf. My 8 and 6 year olds even requested to stay here again next year when we come back to OBA!

Nice weekend

We stayed for a weekend to attend a concert at The Wharf amphitheater. Location was great. Beach is beautiful. Covered parking spot was nice to keep the car cooler. You can rent chairs and an umbrella on the beach for about $50 for the day. Outside pool looked nice and decently busy but not crazy ( we spent our day on the beach). Yummy restaurants and groceries close by.

The condo was fantastic, very spacious and well equipped. Good location with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Views from the balcony were sublime and overall the complex was great too. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a stay in Orange Beach.

Not a bad place. The housekeeping department is Subpar… two dirty pans left in oven with what appeared as bbq sauce.. Sand pushed under pillow in queen bed. We hadn’t even been to beach yet… And couldn’t keep the TVs to change channel without getting up. Other then that we still had a great time. Owner responded to emails. And overall was a pleasant stay

Beware!

We booked this property and received no instructions on entry. We thought desk at property had entry details. The desk is ran by management company not affiliated with VRBO and could not help us. We tried for 3 hours to get in touch with owner. VRBO and myself. As I am 100 percent disabled Vet this was a nightmare. We had to booked 20 miles away in Pensacola at twice as much to save the excitement of my kids from being disappointed! Owner then tried everything to not refund me offering discount if I return to property next day. NOT! Owner apologized and sent text they were out of Country and had bad service. Not my problem. So ruin my getaway by traveling and enjoying yourselves! Still have not received full refund a month later as owner saying I have to cancel and I can’t as it looks like we stayed there because day of incident. Very disgusted with VRBO as I spoke to company and they push it back on owner to refund.
