The stay was overall wonderful with just a few exceptions! Loved the location and how close it was to the beach, the pool access was quite fun and refreshing as well! However a few minor concerns left it at a 4/5 star:- not 100% cleaned as shown on the back of toilet seats (had blackened/ red marks) - saw a few beetles/ roaches inside the property- wasp nest on back porch- light fixture(s) shorted out and provided poor lighting

Orange Beach was beautiful this time of year from the weather, water temps and not to be left out this beautiful home!
The Furnishings are absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Blown away by the attention to detail on the craftsmanship of this beautiful property! The outdoor spaces are an added touch and great for evening dinners and drinks!
The quick 2min walk to the pool was an added bonus! What a great rec-space and the kids loved the walk in pool feature!
This location was quiet and perfect with quick access to Foley-OWA where our family lives! Only a 10minute drive to FloraBama line and the restaurants close by have some of the best sea food! If you want to dine in… check out the local public seafood market! They cooked us up some amazing shrimp and crab legs!
We love the Beaches and hit up several while we visited! You can’t go wrong with this location!!
My son loved walking to the neighborhood bridge every morning for some magnet fishing and we even saw turtles, black & white cranes and two sweet alligators! My grandson, nieces and son LOVED the wild life!
Now for the downsides……For such a new neighborhood and home we had one minor recommendation moving forward. Please check Carbon-monoxide Levels. The sensors kept indicating high levels and we kept windows open just in case. The gas stove needs to checked even with the fan on high the smell was worrisome. Again we opened the windows and it helped!

Very good now, will be great after construction is done
The home and location are great, and communication with the owner and management company was quick and effective. The only negative comment I have is that there was no mention of the neighborhood still being under construction. The community amenities are all complete and available for use, but the early morning construction noise was annoying on a few mornings.
