The open living room features ample seating, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and showcase the beautiful Gulf views. Step out onto the private balcony, where you’ll find outdoor seating to enjoy the sights and sounds of the water.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with modern appliances, including an under-counter ice machine. The kitchen opens to a bar area and a dining table large enough to accommodate all guests, making mealtime a breeze.

The primary bedroom is a true retreat, offering a king bed, direct Gulf views, and private balcony access. The ensuite bathroom provides privacy, making this a luxurious escape.

The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, while the second guest bedroom has two full beds, ensuring plenty of sleeping space for all. These guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub-shower combination, providing convenient access for all guests.

For added convenience, Romar House 205A comes equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, so you can easily keep up with laundry during your stay. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

Romar House invites guests to return year after year with its beautiful manicured landscaping, tall palm trees, and secure gated entrance. Amenities include outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, BBQ area, and tennis courts for plenty of recreation options.

The cost is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Trailers, boats, jet skis, and campers are not permitted at Romar House. Additional parking must be arranged off-site.
