Wonderful communication before we arrived and throughout our stay. The location was excellent with beautiful views. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and a big, comfortable couch where we relaxed with our teenagers after spending our days exploring the area. We also really enjoyed the lighted pickleball courts! We would stay here again without hesitation.

Great summer vacation

The condo was perfect for our large family. We loved the location and the splash water park was perfect for our little kids. The three bedrooms are very spacious and the family room had plenty of space for all of us. There are no beach towels but Walmart is literally only 6 minutes away. We would definitely come back!

We go to this area every year, and this condo is our favorite one we've stayed at on the Gulf Coast! The owner was very professional and responsive, the condo was gorgeous and clean, the view was spectacular, and the location was the best.

Great Fall Break Vacation

The condo was absolutely perfect for our group. We all had plenty of space to move around and not feel like we were on top of each other. The only thing that would've helped was of there would've been a few chairs at the table. We all look forward to coming back next year.

Perfect Location

Loved the location. Its was easy to get in/put of the parking lot. The condo was beautiful and had everything to get us started. You do get 2 patking passes but you don't realize until you get the check in info that you have to pay $55 for each one when you check in. It was still worth it! Lots of things for children/teens to do.

Vacation Paradise

Perfect Stay

The condo unit itself was great. We were there for a softball tournament and all the other team members that visited were in awe of the spaciousness of our unit. All room were updated and nice. The mattresses, could use an upgrade, especially in the master, but they were not so bad that the impacted our stay. Unit was ready when we arrived and very clean and presentable. Only minor issue we had was when we were leaving and packing the car the door code was inactivated and did not work and it was only 945. Luckily my daughter was still inside and was able To let us in. But generally no complaints at all about the unit. Regarding the condo complex, the elevators are horrible and we’re worse during peak hours or checkin and checkout times. Not much the owner can do about this though. Overall I would consider this trip a success and well worth the price. Would definitely be interested in staying in this unit when and if we return to Orangw Beach.

Overall good

The beds were super comfy. Everything was good except the dining room table does not have eight chairs like in the pictures on the listing. It only has five chairs. And the sink in the kitchen did not work properly. It barely dripped. The elevators on the property are really slow and always seem to be full. Overall, it's a good place to stay. We enjoyed it and we would go back. My grandson loved the splash pad and that was the reason we booked the Phoenix V.
