Phoenix V

The people at the desk were very nice and helpful. It was a good location, close to lots of good restaurants and the beach. The kids loved the splash pad. But the entire facility was run down and out of date. Common areas were cleaned daily and smelt fresh! The condo itself had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of space, but it’s time to update. I expected much more for the price! They need to hire a different cleaning crew for the rooms! Since it is a kid friendly place, would be great if the place was stocked with a couple beach chairs and sand toys, that would help families a lot with packing!
