Property Notice:

Kone elevator technicians will be on-site starting November 17, 2025, to begin modernization of the southwest elevator, expected to finish by January 7, 2026. Southeast elevator work is tentatively scheduled to start January 7, 2026, with completion by March 2, 2026. Dates are subject to change.

Work on the common walkways begins December 1, 2025, continuing through the end of March 2026. Balconies will be painted in two steps: primer (approx. 2 hours + 2-hour tack dry) and paint (approx. 2 hours + 2-hour dry). “Wet Paint” signs will be posted.

Garage ramp repairs by Hadley Construction starting November 17, 2025. Stairwells remain accessible.

West Garage Ramp:
• Closed: November 17 – December 13
• Temporary Reopening: November 25 – 28 (Thanksgiving)

East Garage Ramp:
• Closed: December 15 – January 10, 2026
• Temporary Reopening: December 24 – 28 (Christmas)

Phoenix on the Bay 1-1114 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the first floor with beautiful views of the lazy river and full amenities.

Unit features:

• Access to the balcony from the living area and primary bedroom

• Tile flooring in living areas; luxury vinyl plank in bedrooms

• Fully equipped kitchen with dining table for six and two bar stools

• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit

• Living area has a sofa sleeper

• Primary bedroom with king-size bed

• Second bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds (Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)

• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in and check-out

• Boat launch and fish cleaning station on-site; boat slips available to rent ($25–$60/day), trailer parking $5/night (first-come, first-served)

• Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking passes are $55 each + tax, limited to 2 per unit. Guests must register in advance and purchase passes online via emailed link

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
