Welcome to Phoenix 9307! This beautiful two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo is the perfect getaway, offering plenty of space for up to six guests. Relax in the master suite with a king bed, or enjoy the comfort of two queen beds in the second bedroom, ideal for families or friends traveling together.

This condo is brand new to our rental program, so you’ll be among the first to enjoy it! We’re in the process of capturing updated photos, so check back soon to see more of what makes Phoenix 9307 a wonderful vacation spot.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
