Phoenix III…Gulf Front!...One bedroom

This 9th floor gulf front view unit has everything you need for an enjoyable beach getaway. The unit was updated August 2014 with new furniture (living room, bedroom and patio), stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and kitchen cabinets. The unit has one bedroom and one bathroom that sleeps four comfortably. The kitchen has a large new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven and small appliances (see pictures). The dining room seats four at the table and two at the kitchen bar. The living room has a flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player, a queen sofa sleeper and two large chairs. The bathroom has new counter tops and a combined shower and tub.
The bedroom has a king bed, dresser, two night stands, 32" flat screen TV and DVD player. Ceiling fans are in both the living room and bedroom. The balcony, with breathtaking gulf views, seats four at the table and additional seating on a lounge chair. Tiled floors throughout the unit with carpet in the bedroo m. The u nit also has a washer and dryer.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Had a wonderful time here. The condo was nice and clean and the veiw was stunning. Only problem was the wifi didn't work. Didn't mind to much though because we didn't really need it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay again.

Wedding weekend

We had a short two night stay for a wedding. Perfect for two people. The tub needs work as it doesn’t drain. But overall it was better than a hotel. We enjoyed the pool and beach the short time we had. I would not recommend this for two couples. But either just one couple or a small family as their is a king bed and a pull out only. But, it was perfect for us as just one couple.

Fun Little Beach Trip

The Phoenix was just as advertise, easy check in, clean comfortable room. Pool was nice and the girl in charge of the chairs on the beach went over and above, always checking on us. My only issue would be the light right outside the bedroom window, need some blackout shades. We had a good time.

Overall Good Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was a nice relaxing space.... does need some updating done. We met some very nice people with our stay. However there were a few maintenance items with our condo that did go unresolved but luckily did not interrupt our stay. We just wanted to ensure they were reported so we were not at blame or at fault for the issues. Did very much enjoy the keyless entry and views from the balcony.

We loved our stay at Orange Beach. The location is great and located close enough to Gulf Shores.

The unit was great it appeared to have been recently updated, was clean, and had just about everything you could need inside the unit. We will consider using this unit again. If your looking for a one bedroom consider this unit you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I were traveling from Orlando back to Arkansas and decided to stop at Orange Beach for a few days. After trying to contact several owners, I contacted Brett Robinson through VRBO on this unit. Booked and checked in on the same day with ease! The condo has been upgraded, has everything you need and bed is very comfortable. Perfect for a couple needing a get away. (Only thing that needs updated is the shower head & light switch in bath since it makes the light flicker) these are not issues that would not make me rent it again.

Incredibly Relaxing

I arrived on a Thursday evening and from the get-go everything was fantastic. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. They answered all the questions I had about local food/drink/activities, and if they didn't have the answer they put me in contact with someone that did. I stayed in unit 3095 which was decorated so well. I appreciate beach themed condos but some places overdo it. This one was perfectly done. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed to cook, but I do suggest bringing your own cleaning supplies such as Dawn...they provide only a single use pack of dishwashing powder for the dishwasher. While I stayed by myself, Phoenix III was very much a family-oriented place. I spent most of my time on the balcony enjoying a cold beverage, book, and the view. The balcony furniture was very comfortable. Only complaint was that there is no light on the balcony to turn on at night time. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Phoenix and intend to stay there again in the future.
