Everything was good except the floors appeared clean but it was obvious they had not been moped in some time. If you walked barefoot in the unit within a few minutes the bottom of your feet were solid black. So as soon ans you got out of the shower you had to put some type of shoes on. Also the fact that children can do the lazy river and pools with swimming devices but not the slide seems a little ridiculous. My 4 year old granddaughter was told she could swim in the slide area with her swimmers but could not go down the slide. Very disappointing. I am a rule follower by nature but some rules make you wonder what in the world are they trying to accomplish! Although most was enjoyable these two things are enough for us to most likely not to return.

Condo was clean and very comfortable. It is a huge pluse being able to park on the same level as the unit. It had amazing views as well and is always nice to sit and relax on the balcony. Lazy river and pool were relaxing and refreshing. Only downside but is out of hosts control is the price you pay for parking passes. Overall we had an amazing stay.

Great view and good amenities. However, the floors left our feet completely black, toilet didn’t flush, electrical outlet broke both while we were there gfci, called maintenance and they no showed us. Stayed broken through our stay. Lots of food underneath the couches. Not sure what the cleaning crew cleans that we paid hundreds of dollars for, linens I guess. Cleaning was a joke in our unit of 506.

Beautiful

The view was wonderful and the condo very neat and clean. We needed directions on using the television in the master bedroom. The screen door to the patio was very flimsy and as one of our Grandchildren was opening it she heard a rip. Our cell phone did not work in the condo. We had to go outside to get service. Overhead fluorescent light in kitchen was cracked, preexisting. Cold water handle in master bathroom needs repair. I know this sounds like several concerns, but we must say everything really is beautiful. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy GOD’S beautiful nature.

Amazing condo!

This condo exceeded our expectations - clean, beautifully furnished, plenty of space for 7 adults and a toddler, great location, and the amenities are very nice! Can’t wait to go back next year.

Beautiful Condo

Loved our stay here! Roomy and beautifully decorated condo. Enjoyed the lazy river and appreciated that tubes were provided. Easy beach access and amazing view from our balcony. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances to make your own meals if desired. Master bedroom king sized mattress was very soft and could use updated. We will book again if we return to Orange Beach!

Clean & Spacious

Condo was clean and spacious. Pros: Lazy river & slide, easy beach access, garage parking same level as condo, convenient location, beautiful view Cons: No cell phone service in building or condo, pots/pans need to be upgraded, need additional towels for bathroom & kitchen (only 1 hand towel in the kitchen & bathrooms for the week)

Siblings from TN take on Orange Beach

The condo was very clean and decorated tastefully. Loved watching the sunrise in the morning and listening to the waves in the evenings sitting on the comfortable balcony furniture. Some of us could have stayed in the lazy river all day. Parking on same level was a hit and oh so convenient. Did not have to wait on the elevators very long. Just a few things that need some TLC, cookware could have been a little better, perhaps another dish cloth or two would have been helpful. The mattresses on the Queen size beds were too firm for some of our family members, but the king mattresses were very suitable. Recommend room darkening curtains for master bedrooms. Facet handles in master bedroom and queen bedroom kept popping off; however, none of the issues were deal breakers for us and would still return. I would definitely recommend this condo for your stay. Loved the extremely nice patio furniture. Many many chairs and table to choose from. Hope to return soon! Nashville

We loved the stay

First time in OB

Unit was spotless and the property as a whole was well maintained. It got a little rowdy at the end with kids on high school class trips so if you have little ones it might be best to go before school lets out for the year. Overall a great family trip in a gorgeous condo.
