Outdoor amenities great, condo on smaller side for a family, balconies are not private,had no problem with parking, location to shopping was great, couch and chairs showed wear, carpet in bedrooms appeared worn and dirty looking, both bathrooms were in the very back of each bedroom and very difficult to maneuver around beds and furniture, primary bath was tiny with a narrow hallway, roaches on the stove, basic coffee maker but kitchen seemed well stocked with dishes/utensils.The beds were comfortable but sofa bed was not. Not the best stay I've ever had and not the worst.

Condo needs a good deep cleaning and should have been cleaner upon checkin. Owners should think of removing carpet and replacing with something more beach friendly.Condo was in good location. Beach was great.Had a great stay just expected it to be cleaner!

Condo was small and compact but nicely decorated. Bathrooms could use an update. Closet door in guest bedroom was broken and did not stay closed which made it in the way to get to the bathroom. Kitchen had a blender base but was missing the blender pitcher. Garbage can lid is broken and could use a replacement. Some of the door stops were also missing which could cause damage to the door if not replaced. Hot water did not last long enough for 4 adults to take a quick shower/bath. Overall, a good place to spend the weekend with friends for our annual girls trip.

It was amazing. The view was unbelievable, seen dolphins every morning it was so calming and majestic. The staff was awesome they really took pride making sure we were please. I would definitely stay again and would recommend the phoenix to anyone

We enjoyed our stay! Only thing I advise is to stagger shower time if you have more than two people. Or take a very quick shower. We did run out of hot water with 4 people.

Weekend Birthday Getaway

We booked for my birthday trip to the Sand In My Boots festival…definitely will be back. It was such a great place to stay right on the beach but as within 10-15 minutes of the festival! Only issue we had was no communication that we needed to provide our own toilet paper like we were renting a house when we ran out of it. Other than that, we loved it.

Good stay

The condo was great. The homeowners should be proud of how cute and homey it is. Beautiful beach views. Issues for us were with the rental company. I had noted a review or two from the weeks before we got there that the dryer had issues. It still would not work when we got there and despite alerting them to the issues it was not fixed the entire time we were there. We rely on the washer and dryer a lot when we are at the beach and we were there for a sports tournament so this was a disappointment. Additionally, they professionally cleaned the couch, which I appreciate, but the couch was wet and unusable for several days of the week vacation.

Nice stay & great view

The view was perfect. The place was clean and in a perfect location with anything you need right down the street. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook, but no S & P or seasons. The outdoor pool was refreshing to jump in when you get too hot on the beach. My two suggestions would be to supply some beach towels and make it very clear how the room numbers work, it is building number first then floor then room. We would definitely stay again!

We had a party of 4 adults and found the condo clean throughout and it was just as described - oceanfront with a wonderful view of the beach and pool. The only issue we experienced was the clothes dryer would not work. We called and within an hour Quincy arrived and within a few minutes he had it operating. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect spot

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location was perfect for us to quickly head out to the beach in between games! The property was very clean and had space for our family of 4. It had everything we needed to cook meals and prep to go lunches. The beds were comfortable and the views were unbeatable. We would stay here again!

Wonderful Property

The whole process was seamless and property was exactly as described. Everything from check in to check out was smooth. Property management was in communication throughout stay to ensure everything was going good. Property was beautiful and we will be staying again!

Great Getaway to Orange Beach

The communication with the property manager was excellent. The condo was right beside the elevator, which made it easy to come and go. The 8th floor has a great view from the balcony, right over the pool and can see far out in the ocean. Our family of 6 fit comfortably in the condo. The balcony furniture was perfect for our needs. The condo was clean when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip!!!!!

This condo was perfect! So nicely decorated and clean. The views were perfect, slept well in the beds and felt like a home away from home. We really enjoyed it and look forward to next year!
