Construction Notice – Please Read Before Booking: All amenities, including pools and beach access, remain open. The building is undergoing upgrades through March 2026. Guests should expect noise from jackhammering, column repairs, dust, odors, scaffolding, and general construction activity. Elevator modernization in the Southeast building (June–Dec 2025) may cause delays, though one elevator will remain in service. Rates are discounted for the inconvenience.

- Additional Parking Details: Parking passes are $62.10 per vehicle (Max 2) for up to a 7-night stay. Reservations exceeding 7 days or that have added additional nights to an already existing reservation must purchase additional parking passes for those nights. The parking fee will be paid directly to the Wind Drift Association and their office will provide a gate code for your stay.**

*Boat Parking: Please let us know when you book if you are interested in boat parking. These spaces are limited and the Wind Drift Association requires boat registration and documents to be complete no less than 7 days prior to check-in. Please note if a reservation is made and check-in is less than 7 days from booking, the reservation is ineligible for boat parking. Decals: $50/day for boat/trailer parking or $300/week + $50 service fee. You may tie it up to a boat slip, but they are first come first served. If all slips are all taken when you pull back up, you will have to take the boat out of the water. When you fill out the require documents by HOA, that will reserve a spot for the boat and trailer, as they are limited to the number. There are no refunds, unless mandatory evacuation.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Construction work will be taking place at Wind Drift Condominiums in the coming weeks. While crews are working hard to enhance the community, please be aware that there may be some noise and disruptions during any/all stays in 2025.

Oceanside Getway

This was on the first floor(there is a ground floor) and it was perfect. The home has a pool view and a beautiful ocean front view. You are so close to the ocean you feel like you're on the beach. Everything was as shown on the online pictures. Everything was provided...cookware, dishware, utensils, wash & dryer, Keurig, microwave, toaster and starter supplies. Loved the peacefulness outside on the balcony at night and listening to the ocean waves as they splashed upon the beach. Ms Caroline was very kind and I appreciate the opportunity to stay at their beautiful home. I would recommend this property.

Great location for private beach feel

With only a few small condos in the area, there is plenty of room to spread out and get that private beach feel. Only downside was having workers come in throughout the weekday to work in the master closet. The workers were polite when they got there, but they would show up without warning.

Great getaway on the beach

We had a wonderful time even though Tropical Storm Claudette stayed around for most of our vacation. The condo was clean with updated furniture and appliances. We loved having our breakfast and mid afternoon snack on the deck over looking the beach and pool. We would stay here again.

Fabulous condo!

We love this property and this condo was perfect for our short stay! Very clean! Parking was the only difficulty as we had to park across the street several times. The security guard was not working the entrance and there seemed to be more cars than usual in the lot without parking passes. We have stayed here for years and never had a problem with parking before.
