The stay was great. Few things the remote in the living didn’t work, the lights in the front bedroom needs to be brighter and dinning room chairs are very unstable.

Thanksgiving week 2024

This unit was ideal for four adults and four small children during Thanksgiving week 2024. It was clean, spacious, and had a great view.

Dirty

This is our second time staying here. When we arrived, we did our initial inspection. The master bath had mold growing in the shower and the shower door sill had mold and im not sure what else growing on it. This grossed me out to the point I had to go and buy some bleach and clean the shower so I could take a shower. The in-door water dispenser on the refrigerator had black mold in it and the water filter was old. The kitchen drawers had crumbs and sticky stuff in them, so we had to clean that also. The hall bathroom faucet had some kind of goo in it. While this is a very nice unit, it really could use a deep cleaning and some touch-ups done to fix cabinets and scratched walls. We did love the updates to the facility since it was changed to The Oasis at Orange Beach.

The property was exactly as it looked online. View was spectacular! One suggestion would be new bar-height balcony furniture so the view is unobstructed. The living room area rug and balcony could use a good cleaning, but my family wears slippers as a general rule. Overall, it was a beautiful place and we would stay there again.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay. This is our second time we stayed here and it was still a great condo. They communicated with us throughout the stay asking if we were enjoying the condo. Its a great location and clean condo. Will try to stay here everytime if possible.

Beautiful Condo

This is our 3rd year staying at Phoenix West 2 and this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. It felt more like home then just a place we were renting. It had everything you would need and then some. We will be booking this unit the next time we head to Orange Beach fir vacation.

Dissatisfied

The property would be awesome if it was clean. Dirty sheets, floors had sand everywhere, under furniture is disgusting. The tub was a soaker with jets- turned on and black mold came spewing out. Limited towels I’m the 4 baths, so you have to do laundry all the time. Couches are nice but dirty. We had to wipe them down cause sticky and the dining area was also dirty. We spent one day cleaning before we could enjoy anything. They have no vacuum so you cannot clean up anything but management did refund my cleaning fee. The toilet kept running all night, they came to fix it - lasted a day cause they didn’t replace the flange inside instead they rigged it up like it was before. Then the “sand flies” omg. I never been to a beach before that had these things. They were all over us even with big spray on. At the pool and the beach. They would draw blood and hurt when they bite you. So we sat on the balcony which in the pictures looks big- it’s not. It doesn’t go around like it appears and you do not get a view of the sunset or sunrise unless you lean over the rail- 20 stories high. I came here to relax due to a really bad year, and read and just unwind and it was not what I was looking for. Thankfully o had good friends with me that enjoyed staying in and playing Yahtzee. That’s what there was to do! I really hope that they find a new cleaning company because this would be a really nice place - but I can’t say I will be back.

Great Week

We enjoyed all the convinces of check in and out and beach equipment rentals. Gorgeous view from our beautiful condo! Only complaint would be lack of enough elevators for the crowds! Had several 20 minute waits to catch the elevator up and down!

Gorgeous condo with a spectacular view

We walked in to the property and immediately our jaws hit the floor. This condo is HUGE and the way it is decorated is GORGEOUS. The appliances and tvs are top of the line. The view is spectacular to boot. The complex itself is packed with ways to keep your kids occupied without ever having to leave. The only thing that could improve is the mattress and pillows but honestly that is just a personal opinion.

Just ok.

This condo was not super clean. We ended up having to sweep and wipe most room down because there was long black hair all over. I attempted to have communication with the person in charge of the rental management but had no luck getting them to call me back. In addition (and this is to no fault of the owner), for the price of this condo for a week, the outdoor pool and lazy river should be warm enough to enjoy. If you rent this place in April/May, those two amenities are ice cold. And for us, we rented this condo because it provided fun things for the kids to do. Well, they both swam in the pool/lazy river once and them deemed it way too cold to enjoy for the rest of the week. Great location, close to all the fun stuff to do in Orange Beach. But to us, not worth the money.

Beautiful Stay

We booked this place last minute to spend some uninterrupted time with family we haven't seen since the pandemic and to have our first vacation in a couple of years. This place was so fantastic, and even with a couple of minor issues when we came in, the host was so responsive and worked quickly to resolve. We all agreed we would book again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the memories!
