Spring break that isn't "spring break"

This was our second time staying on prperty because we loved it the first time. We had a fantastic time in a property that exceeds expectations. Best part is the property makes sure that guests aren't ruining other guests' vacation by being unruly or overly loud. 10/10

Great Experience

We loved the location and the ability to walk to/from the beach at our leisure. Condo was clean and well cared for with lots of room for our family of 4. Only gripe was with the beds in bedroom 3. Both bed frames were very flimsy and were very loud even with slight movements. Probably an easy fix for the future. Would come back!

It's all about the view.

This property has a wonderful view. It is close to some great restaurants and interesting attractions. However, the beds are not comfortable at all. The kitchen is barely stocked with really cheap appliances, cheap plates and utensils, and we brought our own pan to cook in based on prior reviews. The floor is really dirty and the linens are just so so - think Sams club. We got this on an off week and didn't pay a premium price - but still roughly 1.5 times more than other available properties. Oh and the a/c and or water heater makes this really loud ringing sound several times during the day and night. The view is superb but don't expect luxury accommodations.

The condo was well kept however it listed one of the bedrooms having 2 queen beds which was really double beds. The kitchen needed a bigger fry pan since the one there was all burnt. Other than that a real nice place to stay. Would come back.

More kitchen towels, please clean the floors with real soap and water. Only other suggestion is the sheets on the master were not good, they didn’t fit. However for overall it was nice.

Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay and the property was nice. The kids enjoyed the lazy river, slide, and pool. My only complaint is the wifi/internet service in the building is absolutely terrible. It’s obvious that everyone in the entire building is using the same service. The fastest speed we had was 1.54mbps. I would say 75% of the time it was pretty much unusable. Working online from the property is not an option if you are needing internet access. If you don’t need internet service then you’ll be happy with this property. Our Verizon cell service was very minimal as well so there wasn’t an option to use our phone data.
