Beach view was unobstructed and easy/short walk to the beach. Clean and perfect location for restaurants. Easy check in/out and host was very easily accessible with any questions.

Clean room with perfect views. Really nice walk in shower in the master bathroom. Quick drive to multiple restaurants and Gulf State Park walking trails. Next door to a popular beach side restaurant. Quick response from the host.

Easy check in and parking. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools you need. Host was super nice and communicative. We even got in a little early which was a nice surprise! Bed was very comfortable. Loved all the updates too.

Wonderful!

Our stay at Mary's place was absolutely Amazing. The view of the beach from the bedroom and living room was breathtaking. Our morning coffee from the balcony, overlooking the ocean was everything. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to accommodate our stay. Mary was very resposive and the check in and out process was very smooth. I have nothing bad to say about our stay, except we wish we could have stayed longer lol. We will definitely be booking again in the future and recommending to others.

Ocean front and great location

Property was clean and just as described in the listing. Mary Alice was very quick to respond with any questions and was great to reach out to see if we needed anything during our stay. Loved the ocean view from the balcony as well as primary bedroom. Within walking distance to Coastal, Starbucks, Publix etc. Will stay here again when visiting the area.

Beautiful condo that was perfect for our family of four. Because there aren't a ton of units at this property the beach was never crowded. Great location within walking distance to Coastal and a couple minutes' drive to grocery stores and other restaurants.

Beautiful condominium, great location

The condo is pristine, with a great kitchen, spacious living area, cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds and nice showers in the bathrooms. The balcony was perfect for eating lunch, playing cards, and enjoying the beautiful beachfront view of the Gulf! The indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, and ping pong table were a real treat. The beach is so accessible there is a volleyball net very near the boardwalk that we enjoyed. There is a Publix and a Starbucks right across the street, and less than 10 minutes to Cosmos, Zekes, Docs, adventure island, and many other attractions. Walking distance to Coastal. Couldn’t ask for a better stay!! Will definitely be renting again for the next beach trip!

Good value, good location

We enjoyed the condo, very close to Gulf State park. 6th floor was great to listen to the waves. Overall a very comfortable condo. A couple of suggestions would be to talk to housekeeping about the cleaning products used and the lingering smells. I would love a choice of coffee makers. Kurig is convenient but the plastic and taste is not comparable to a regular coffee pot, just a suggestion. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay

This is the first time we have stayed for a month after retirement. Our choice was perfect. The unit was very clean, well stocked and had a great view of the Gulf. The owner was easy to contact long before we even arrived.. We asked for a few extra things and she was willing to accommodate is. We will come again.

Christmas Getaway

Beautiful condo in an excellent location! The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Everything was within walking distance or a short drive. The view from the balcony was amazing. Highly recommend this unit. We can’t wait to come back!
