📄RENTAL AGREEMENT: Once a booking is made, you will be sent a POC (point of contact) form and short Rental Agreement to e-sign. This agreement is simply for liability purposes.

• Beach Gear | We provide a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and towels for your convenience.
• Family Friendly | High Chair and Pack N' Play are available for our youngest guests.
• Starter Supplies | We provide a starter set of toiletries, paper goods, trash bags, and dishwasher pods.
• Safety Features | New construction + hurricane fortified.
• Policies: Guests must be 21+ to book. NO SMOKING, PARTIES, EVENTS.
• Dogs: Bring along your furry pals (2 max) with prior approval and a $200 pet fee/per dog
• Rules: Guests must be 21+ to book. No smoking or parties. $200 security hold is required.


Arrival & Departure Policies
To ensure our team keeps the house in pristine condition, we observe the following:
Check-in Time: 4PM
Check-out Time: 10AM

Flexible Options (Subject to Availability):
• Early Check-in (2:00 PM) | Available for a $50 fee (request 24hrs in advance)
Fully refunded if the home is not ready by 2:00 PM.
• Late Check-out (11:00 AM) | Available for a $50 fee to enjoy one last hour of vacation.
