Just say NO
It seems to me that upper management is not engaged. We had issues with roaches. Totally ruined our trip - while we were in the house in the evenings. Countless phone calls, emails, and text messages from me, and it’s always the same AI answer. “We’ve contacted our local team….”. Local will bring lightbulbs and kitchen linens but they have no authority to issue a full or partial refund. Or credit for future stays. A fiasco of hand offs and repetition. So they did send an exterminator, but this bug remediation needs to happen before guests arrive. 4000 and our memories include roaches. Photos. Videos. And the worst part, this company still ask me for a review. So say NO. There are plenty of other places that are managed locally. And good luck if you are already booked. pS. They call roaches palmetto bugs, but they are still roaches. No actual satisfactory conclusion. No refund, and hours of my vacation invested in dead end communications. Again. NO. The location is perfect but when management can’t help that is poor management. My first time as a Karen, and I understand the feelings of frustration and money wasted.
