This is a non-smoking property, including the interior, balconies, and all premises.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the spring and summer season for daily or weekly rentals through a third-party beach service company. This service is not included in the rental cost.

Parking:
Parking passes can be purchased at Security for $50 per stay, regardless of length, up to 30 days. Passes must be displayed in your vehicle at all times. Parking prices are set by the HOA and are subject to change without notice.
