Whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a full suite of appliances and ample countertop space. Dine together at the adjacent table, or eat alfresco on the balcony.

Things to Know
Parking passes are purchased online, and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before arrival, you’ll receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. The current rate is $55 per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this.
From mid-December to June 1, 2024, the Phoenix III HOA will be upgrading the elevators. Maintenance will occur one at a time and during this period, there will only be one functioning elevator.

Location was great. Great balcony view. The condo left lots to be desired with archaic bathroom faucets, chipped/cracked tile, chipped paint on walls and ceilings, and just overall needs a refresh. The photos look much more upscale than the real thing.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. Everything was easy from check in to check out. Be aware that they are very strict on only 2 parking passes. Also, if you are planning to cook, the kitchen is lacking. Other than that, great experience.

We loved the amenities, especially the pickle ball courts. The unit could use some maintenance (weird sound when turning on master shower, loose tile in kitchen) and the kitchen could have been cleaner (pots not clean, Cheerios in utensil drawer) so we couldn’t give it 5 stars, but it was comfortable for our family of 5 and had everything that we needed.

Beautiful Beach View

This condo has plenty of space. 3 large bedrooms with king beds in two rooms and two queen beds in the other bedroom. It has 2 small but functional bathrooms. The master bedroom does have a dressing area separate from the toilet and bathtub. You have a beautiful view of the beach and gulf from the balcony off of the living room that wraps around the east side of the condo. You also have a balcony off of the master bedroom that overlooks the parking areas and Main Street through Orange Beach. The condo was clean but needs to be deep cleaned with the walls being washed and some areas need the paint touched up. The paint was peeling around the doorframe outside the master bedroom. The rugs in the foyer and living room are dirty and need replacing, removing all together or at least steam cleaned. The drain plug (it doesn’t have the type built into the tub) for the hallway bathroom tub was covered in mold/mildew. I cleaned it the best I could because we had 2 children that needed baths. The parking fee that’s mentioned in the description that is charged by the resort is $55 per vehicle which is expensive in my opinion. Vacasa is the property manager and I found them easy to work with. The first night we arrived the smoke detector started chirping intermittently around midnight indicating a low battery. I called Vacasa the next morning and within 10 minutes maintenance was there and changed out the smoke detector not just battery replacement. I do recommend the condo.

This is a good condo to stay in. The staff was friendly and the area was very nice and right on top of the beach. The condo it’s self was very clean and spacious.
