Gorgeously situated at the point where The Pass meets the open Gulf of Mexico, this spacious Gulf-front condo offers unparalleled sunrise and sunset views from its expansive private balcony. Spend your days soaking in the sunshine on the beach below, and come home to your very own wet bar, a jetted bathtub, and a well-equipped kitchen. On the grounds of Grand Pointe, you'll also have access to indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a Gulf-facing fitness room, and a sauna.

This beachfront property sits two miles east of downtown Orange Beach, right at the scenic entrance to The Pass (the access point for boats from the back bay to the Gulf). If you're looking to explore the area's natural beauty, you'll find Gulf State Park two miles west and Perdido Key State Park - a frequent nesting site for sea turtles - six miles east. An assortment of restaurants are close to the complex, and the famous Flora-Bama is only three miles east.

Perfect location!!

This location was tucked away near the Pass. It felt like we were at a secluded beach. The view was amazing! This will be a regular spot for my family from now on.

Great location, roomy condo

Great space for our family of 4. We love the location and walkable restaurants with beach, bay, pools and options for all! I would recommend a deep clean of air vents and such but overall felt clean. Also would recommend rugs in some areas to soften the tile and the moisture of the doors are open. I also think all beach rentals should include beach towels and chairs but it wasn’t advertised- I just think that’s something we shouldn’t be responsible for bringing or purchasing. Overall it was a great stay.

Very accommodating home. Had 3 rooms with private bathrooms, washer/dryer. Stocked kitchen. Beautiful view of the ocean. Loved the home. Would suggest a regular can opener instead of electric because it didn’t work very well but that’s my only complaint. I would definetly book again!

Beautiful views and plenty of room. The condo was very clean. The only issues I have is that furniture in living room needs to be updated, and the master bedroom mattresses and the twin bed mattresses were so hard! They definitely need to be replaced!

Amazing place, great view, very clean & quite. Love being on the beach. Would highly recommend a dead bolt for the inside of the door. Little children like mine can easily get out in a heartbeat. Overall 5/5 experience and we will be back.

The property was perfect for a family beach vacation. The condo was not as clean as we expected. The main bedroom bath had black mold in the shower, the bed was not comfortable, and all of the pillows needed to be thrown out. We had to buy pillows and pillowcases. In the second bedroom, there was terrible noise in the wall, occupant had to buy earplugs. Kitchen range was not clean.

Ice maker didn't work for the time we were there. Master bedroom TV didn't have any sound to watch at night. The advertisement was accurate. Just a couple things: There is a cotton bouquet in the master bathroom which seemed a bit insensitive from a cultural perspective. There was a guy cleaning by the door early in the morning snd asked when we were leaving. None of the machines were working in the gym.

Check in was easy. View from balcony is phenomenal! Nice touch from Vacasa for leaving welcome samples of soap, Toilet paper etc!. Furniture had broken springs in couch and recliners. Multiple stains on couch and recliners. Decorative couch pillow was ripped. No instructions on working the tv/dish network. Kitchen very well equipped. Cabinets under sink have the finish peeling off. Bedrooms were large and clean.. Outdoor hot tub, outdoor grills not functional. Indoor treadmills not functional. We were told by on-site property manager that all above had been non functional for several months and that repairs may be done for when "busy season" started. Internet very slow and not secure. Internet password was non functional. Required many calls to Vacasa. Some responses from Vacasa were very timely and precise to issues. However it took 8 days and several calls to Vacasa to get a response regarding the non functional grills, hot tub, and treadmills. Since the weather was cool, the lack of grills and exercise equipment did cause some disappointment. My spouse was so frustrated that he began documenting each issue as we discovered it and the response (or lack of response ) from Vacasa. We spent a lot of time sightseeing so we had fun In spite of all of the issues!

Perfect place for relaxing time

Condo is very clean and great place to stay and relax. The balcony faces the point so you see both coming from Bayside and the gulf side. I would recommend this location to anyone. The only issues was dealing with Vacasa staff. If they tell you they will call you back, don't hold your breath. Sent message on Sunday, spoke with someone on Wednesday and spoke with 4 people on Thursday. Kept having to call them back.

Great location—Not my fav unit here.

The location of this property is perfect and we have stayed at Grand Pointe many times. View was great. This unit is in great need of updates. Thick heavy bedding that has not been cleaned in some time. Master bed very uncomfortable. Had problems with the microwave, stove and dishwasher. Work but issues. We will be back to Grand Pointe but not this unit.
