Great location. Was a bit disappointed in having to buy another parking pass after the wording on the original emails were a bit confusing but overall a good stay

6/10 Okay

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
The property was nice: pool, beach access, tennis courts, a lot of storage in condo, and the amount of space in condo was nice. There was always someone cleaning around the pool or in the lobbies too. Cons: mold in bathroom (needs a better ventilation system), not enough towels for 9-10 people, paint coming off the walls in some areas, some tiles were broken on floor, not enough hot water, and check-in with VRBO was awful (never received a Check-in email from them). There was no office to physically check-in. Was tricking to find unit since they have an East and West building. Had to call Host (Liquid Life) since they never responded to my messages via VRBO. And VRBO couldn’t get ahold of Host either.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Old. Moldy bathrooms. Rotten wood trim. Lots of paint missing on walls. Rusty kitchen ceiling panel dividers. Don’t know how this had good reviews. Been vacationing on emerald coast for 40 years. Probably the most unkept condo I’ve ever stayed in. Used VRBO many times and very disappointed in the misrepresentation. This unit needs a LOT of work.
