This 4 bedroom house is located right on the Gulf boasting over 100 feet of private beach. No crowds, no waiting for an elevator. Just walk off the deck and onto the the sand. When you've had enough fun in the sun on the private beach, hang out in the shaded, sandy area under the house and watch the kids play while you grill out.

This beautiful home has been fully remodeled with high-end fixtures, furniture and appliances in May 2022.

Enjoy a family movie night in the living room on our brand new, high-definition flat screen TVs. Each bedroom also has wall mounted flat screen TVs.
Pack the stainless steel refrigerator with your favorite snacks and refreshments and enjoy whipping up some family favorites in our fully equipped kitchen.

There will be an additional $300 non refundable pet fee for two pets and an additional $450 non refundable pet fee for three pets due at arrival for the pet fee. We will also collect a refundable cash Pet Damage Deposit of $300 for your first small dog with each additional pet there is a $150 refundable cash pet damage deposit. Maximum of 3 small pets.

Like it used to be

If you want to enjoy the gulf like it was 30 years ago, this is it - Plenty of private beach, quiet, no riding an elevator to get to the water, simply relaxing. Clean and inviting, plenty of parking, and good communication with owner make this rental worth it.

The place was wonderful! The house was very clean and updated. It was on a less busy part of the beach but also close to restaurants. I tried to think of a complaint to add…but couldn’t think of a single thing.

A lovely home and perfect view and access to the beach!We were disappointed as the listing stated there was a hot tub and an elevator . We chose this house for its location, size and hot tub and elevator as I recently had a hip replacement. To get to the beach or the house you have 15 steps. Also the master bed room is on a 2nd level an additional 15 steps.The family very much enjoyed this stay and we would book again if physical limitations are not an issue due to the stairs.The kitchen is equipped ! Spices and everything as promised with the exception of hot tub and elevatorWe highly recommend this stay

Wonderful House - Just as Pictured

We have been to Orange Beach a few times and this house is the best rental we have had. It was perfect for us! We had four adults and two kids (2 year old and an 8 month old) and two dogs. We had the best week! The house is right on the beach but it a little bit of a walk down to the water. We had a beach wagon, so it wasn't hard to bring all of our beach stuff back and forth. It was really nice to be so close to the water and easily go back and forth to the house, especially with two littles who didn't want to spend all day on the beach. The house is really close to everything - restaurants, grocery store and activities. The house is really spacious and has tons of room. The kitchen is fully equipped and we had everything we needed to cook. The back porch is nice but it doesn't have much shade so it was hard to sit out in the afternoon. But the mornings and evenings were wonderful. We did have a small issue getting the door unlocked when we first arrived, but Julie was quick to respond and I got inside in no time (the lock just stuck because of the humidity). We will definitely be back and rent this house the next time we vacation in Orange Beach.

Family vacay

We had 5 adults and 2 pets staying at the house and it was perfect for us as far as having plenty of room for everyone to spread out and it was right on the beach which was exactly what we were looking for. We had a small problem with the internet connection initially but the owner was so accommodating and had it fixed quickly. We had a few questions throughout the stay and she was very patient and responded almost immediately. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

Beachfront getaway

Great location! House was right on the beach and a quick drive to Gulf Shores or the Wharf. There was a really cute breakfast place right across the street (easy 2-3 min walk) and the beautiful beach on the other side. House was clean and very spacious with room for everyone to spread out. Keep in mind no beach equipment is provided so be sure and bring your own. Will definitely need a tent or umbrella as it gets very hot at the beach!

Family vacation!

Great location across from the bike trails and beachside on a very open stretch. Excellent beds - always a wild card in vacation rentals. Well equipped kitchen, comfy furniture, larger space than expected. Easily accommodated 8 adults and two children with beds to spare. Very clean.

Wonderful place for family vacation!

There were seven of us who stayed for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The house was right on the beach so we could come and go whenever we wanted. There were plenty of bedrooms so we could spread out and the beds were very comfortable. The living area was great for playing games, eating, and just visiting. Would definitely recommend it for anyone who loves the beach.

Annual Family Trip

We have been traveling to Gulf Shores every summer for the last 9 years. This was our first time to stay at this house and I can honestly say it was the easiest low maintenence experience we have had. From check in to check out, the process was just so easy! Communication was great and everything was hassle-free. Every question I had was answered immediately, and i only had one maintenance issue (outdoor shower) and it was addressed within hours. Whoever was on the other end of the text messages was so sweet and kind. They even told us to stay late on check out day to let the storms pass because they wanted us to be safe before driving back. The house itself was extremely clean. I am a neat freak and my teenage son is a germaphobia (thank you COVID). We couldn't find a crumb inside the house or web outside the house anywhere. I highly recommend this house and this host!

This property is in a great location, check in was super easy, the host was absolutely amazing, the house was clean and well maintained, very comfortable place to stay, and the view is stunningly beautiful, you step off the deck, your in the sand. We will definitely rebook this house again for next year, beach is not over crowded at all, even during spring break week. No issues at all, it was everything we expected and then some. Holiday Getaway

What a terrific stay!!! We came to visit just after Christmas. The house itself was lovely. It was open and airy, comfortable, welcoming and clean. The beds were even comfortable!! Seriously. The location was/is perfect. The house is ON THE BEACH!!!!! It took 10 seconds to be in the sand. The view from deck and from the main bedroom is sand and sea. The house is located just past the east end of gulf state park. That means that the beach is not covered up with people. It takes about 45 minutes to walk to the pier. To get to the pier and back to the house is about a 4 mile walk. Perfect walk along the shore. The property manager/owners are easy to work with, responsive and, quite frankly, kind. We just could not have asked for a more perfect stay.

Great house for 3 couples

This duplex was perfect for our Thanksgiving week. The beds were very comfortable, everything was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. It was a very short walk to the beach with beautiful views from the balconies.

Great location

Right on the beach! Next to a resort, but they mostly stay in their area and it’s not too crowded; you still have plenty of open beach. If you bring umbrellas you can get closer to the water, canopies and tents have to be behind a certain marker (we had both). The house was clean and you couldn’t tell pets had been inside.

Nice place and very easy to get to the beach!

Only problems we had was toilet seat was superglued in one bathroom and it pinched your leg when you sat really should be replaced. We had 4 cockroaches we killed but think they were just coming in from outside not that the place was infested. The WiFi was not working but the property manager did a great job getting it to work for us. They allow dogs but no where for them to go the bathroom really. Our dog kept getting these spikey little cactus balls stuck in her paws and all over her. Parking was a little difficult to get out of with a big SUV or truck. Otherwise it was a great time.
