The two guest bedrooms each feature queen beds and share access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.
For your convenience, the condo also includes a washer and dryer, so you can keep your beach towels and swimsuits fresh throughout your stay.

Parking: Guests will receive two parking passes upon arrival at the Guard Shack. The cost for both passes is $150.00, and you will need to provide your name and condo number to security to obtain them. Please note that the cost of parking passes is determined by the HOA and may change without notice.
Additional parking for vehicles, trailers, and other equipment can be arranged off-site.
