Exquisite 3/3 penthouse condo #1505 overlooking Bay and lazy river!

This condo is perfectly located on the 5th floor on the west side (best side) of the complex with spectacular views of the bay, Pass Bridge, pools, lazy river and boats floating by. Master bedroom has a king bed and direct access to waterfront balcony. Master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub with separate shower and dual vanities. Guest bedroom one has a king bed and attached private bath with walk in shower. Guest bedroom two has two queen beds with attached private bath. Our condo offers luxury linens, custom created furniture, local artwork and beachy decor. The unit sleeps a total of 11 guests. Kitchen is fully stocked.

Phoenix on the Bay includes a gated entrance, a parking deck for every floor of the complex, one of Orange Beach's longest lazy rivers, multiple pools, kids water slides, two hot tubs, a full sized gym and fitness facility, a small beach near marina, putting golf green, a large grass kids playing area on the water, and lighted tennis courts. For bicycle enthusiasts, a sidewalk runs from our condo all the way to the Gulf State backcountry trail system. OWA amusement park and outlet shopping are a short drive away.

Parking passes are required and are available for purchase at the front desk upon your arrival. Costs average $55 per pass. This cost is paid directly to Brett Robinson and not related to or included in your vrbo.com reservation.

Gulf front beaches are only minutes away by car! The drive time is approximately five minutes.

BOAT SLIPS AVAILABLE: For those bringing their boat, boat slip rentals, and trailer parking for nearly any sized boat are available directly through the condo association (we provide you the contact information upon booking for you to set up your boat slip rental directly with the association). Trailer parking is approximately $5 plus tax, per night. Boat slips start at $22 plus tax, per night. For your convenience, there is even an onsite boat ramp!

INQUIRIES / QUOTES / AVAILABILITY: Our inquiry response is generally identical to what is shown on the reservation calculator, unless it is a snowbird, extended stay request, or you need a last minute reservation.

Once paid in full, a confirmation email is sent to you from vrbo.com. An informational email on the condo, directions, etc. will then be emailed to you in advance of your stay. This email will come from the owner of 1505, LindseySMilam@gmail.com. We have a keyless entry system, so the access code information will be included in this email.

RESTRICTIONS: Renters must be 25 or older. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $300 fully refundable security deposit is required, in addition to the amount owed for the stay. Assuming checkout compliance, the security deposit is credited back to your credit card within seven business days following your checkout.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Love POTB. This was overall a great condo. AC issue while there was quickly addressed! Kitchen Sink was not clean when we arrived. Fridge water/ice dispenser badly needs cleaning. Sliding door to balcony needs maintenance to slide better, took 2 people. Decor beautiful! Great location and nice furniture! Never could get light to work in living room. We had tons of fun in the lazy river and playing pickleball!!

Beautiful condo

The furnishings in this condo were beautiful. Everything is high end and well taken care of. The view from the balcony was spectacular and we loved being able to bring our boat and dock it here. The lazy river was a big hit for our family. The owner manages the condo and was super quick and responsive when we had an issue with the code to the door. I would highly recommend this unit and we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing property on the Bay!

We came down as family to celebrate my sister’s 40th bday. Arriving at the property was easy and the location is spectacular. The views of the bay are so beautiful. We only had a minor issue that was QUICKLY remedied. Lindsey was so quick to respond with any questions we had and her property is great! The beds were very comfortable and the property was clean! The lazy river pool was a HUGE hit as most Of the trip, as it was too hot to be at the beach. There is a very fun water slide that the kids and adults alike loved! I have already sent this listing to a friend planning on coming down to Orange Beach! We would happily stay here again! Thank you Lindsey for your wonderful hospitality!

Wonderful Week!

Beautiful unit at equally beautiful condo! Unit is exactly as pictured, beds are comfy, and owner is very responsive! (Just watch out for the glass coffee table corners … be sure you leave adequate room and don’t cut the corners, lol, they aren’t forgiving.) The lazy river and pool area are clean and enjoyable. We brought the jet skis and boat; LOVED the on-site boat launch and available boat slip. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

This condo was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. It was so comfortable and every need was fulfilled from the super comfy beds to the well stocked kitchen to the beautiful decor, everything was just perfect! Beautiful condo, great view

Really enjoyed this beautiful, spacious condo. Well laid out with plenty of room for a larger family with kids. Easy access, plenty of parking, away from heavy traffic, close to the beach if you’re willing to leave the awesome pool, beautiful view looking out over Perdido Pass that leads directly to the Gulf. Our family felt very comfortable here and hope to return next year.

This was the perfect location! Great Condo with awesome pools and the Lazy River. Very good Restaurants near by . Just a heads up you will need to pick up everything for your stay like salt,pepper. coffee filters, paper towels and etc. The kitchen is stocked with all modern appliances and that type of things. Beautiful and super clean condo!

We had an awesome vacation in this beautiful condo! It was spotless clean and the decor was amazing! Your artwork is just fabulous! We sat on the balcony each night with a glass of wine and the view was so, so pretty. Lindsey was super helpful and answered questions as well as recommended many local restaurants and fun things to do. We had the absolute best vacation here and will definitely be back. Perfect for all ages. No need to ever leave the property!

This was our first time coming to the area. We brought our three young boys and my older mom who uses a motorized scooter due to knee replacement. This space was perfect for us. The kitchen and dining space didn’t feel crowded and the walk-in shower in one room for mom was a plus!!! Close to the elevators made it easy to come up and down to the water park. Loved everything about this place and this condo! Balcony gives a great view of the water park and the bay. Having on-site laundry was also great! The place was very clean and spacious so we didn’t feel crammed and could relax to watch a movie of an evening. We ventured out each day but everyone enjoyed the pools, slide and lazy river the most. The only downside would be that fitness center has limited hours and no free weights but on vacation it’s not that big of a deal! Love love love! No regrets.

The condo was very nice. The view was beautiful. The marina is under construction so there were a lot of cranes/chained linked fences in site but it didn't take away from our stay. The lazy river was wonderful for our teens! We called the cleaning company regarding some things and never heard back from them. We had to go purchase TP and paper towels and reuse trash bags because they only provide 2. And the floor was filthy. Obviously hadn't been professionally mopped. That was the only disappointing part after spending thousands to stay there. Those little amenities make a HUGE difference! The location was great. A quick drive to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, etc. The tiki boat ride was a fun '3 hour tour'. Doc's Seafood right down the road has great food and the prices were great for the quantity/quality. Overall it's a property we would recommend!
