Welcome to our home at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club, #3501. This
beautifully renovated condo is direct gulf front on the fabulous 5th floor
corner, and boasts over 40 feet of wraparound balcony, with views of
endless coastline and overlooking one of three pools on the property.
Although we've just purchased the unit, it's prior VRBO listing had a
4.8/5.0 score on reviews!

SSBRC is one of the few areas along the beach to be protected by a
lifeguard station (#6) manned by the city of Orange Beach.

The condo sleeps up to 8 with three bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen bed). Two
upgraded bathrooms complete the package. Wireless internet is accessible
throughout the unit. The master is gulf front with sliding doors for direct
balcony access.

The kitchen is well stocked. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for
your convenience. All linens are provided.

This unit has all newer appliances and new ceramic tile throughout,
designer granite in the kitchen and bathrooms, and flat screen TVs,
including a 40 inch in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a direct
view of the beach with a sliding glass door allowing direct access to the
balcony.

SSB&RC offers two newly surfaced lighted tennis courts (please provide your
own racquets and balls), two pools on the beach, one heated indoor pool
with a sauna and steam room, a clubhouse, a fitness room, shuffle board,
bbq area and a board walk that leads you to the two pools and the beach.
There are beach chair/umbrella rentals on the beach for rental through
Perdido Beach Service.

Located directly across the street are restaurants and plenty of things for
the kids to do, including Adventure Island, Fat Daddy's arcade and Bubba's
Seafood House. Within a short drive are many other great places to eat,
water parks, zoos, shopping, zip lining, boat and jet ski rentals,
parasailing, and many, many more great activities! Gulf Shores is less than
10 minutes away.

What we love about this property: easy access to the elevator and straight
down to the boardwalk. The grassy area where our boys can play, a large
community pool at the center of the complex and the smaller (quieter) pool
on our end. Inside feels like outside with the fantastic beach decor.

For the safety and security of your vehicle, Seaside Beach and Racquet Club
requires a guest parking pass. The cost is $50 per vehicle fee good for
entire stay (up to 30 days) - limit 2 vehicles. Pass is purchased at the
guard stand upon arrival and they only take credit card.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The condo also includes a washer/dryer.

Couldn't ask for a better location: steps from the beach. Communication with owner was very quick and satisfactory. Could have done with some trash bags and more than two rolls of toilet paper, however.

The location was great! It was the best thing about it other than the view. Communication with the condo owner was easy. We didn’t get codes to the beach or fitness center from VRBO and he replied almost instantly. Great pool and easy access with quick walk to beach. Security at the property was top notch. Someone hit our vehicle while there and left scene. Security reviewed and gave footage to police and then gave them the condo number of where the person lived so we get insurance information. There are several things that I would consider a “5 minute fix” that should be taken care of. 1. Broken toilet paper holder (hanging out of wall) 2. Couch is broken. It’s being propped up with a book. 3. Touch up paint. 4. Towel hanger in BR needs secured. (Falls off wall when towels are hung.) 5. Closet door in west bedroom is off track or maybe has screw jutting out. There was also trash and personal belongings left under bed from prior renter. Makes you wonder about cleaning process.

Upon arrival some things inside the condo were broken, but the location was perfect. Everyone had their own space, and our view of the beach was awesome. We did wish there was a table on the balcony to eat breakfast though. Several restaurants were close enough to walk to.

Simple but home away from home

We were pleasantly surprised. The condo itself was bright and cheerful with fairly good updates. We found it to be very comfortable. We love to spend a week on the beach. This condo was very close to the beach which made it nice and convenient to pack the kids and their toys to the beach. We also don’t like to drag the kids out to eat More than a couple times so we loved the kitchen and grills.

Great for Beach and Pool

We stayed here for our son’s baseball tournament in Pensacola. The boys loved access to the beach, pools, and tennis/pickleball courts. The condo is as described and was clean and had a great deal of kitchen supplies. The balcony was great for drinking coffee in the morning and watching the dolphins and sharks (yes, sharks!) It does need a new master bedroom mattress though as there are pretty deep grooves. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Awesome Week

We had a great family vacation with 5 adults and a one year old. The condo was very clean when we arrived and was very comfortable for all of us. The amenities of the area were very nice. We played tennis, used the pool and spent time on the beach in between rain showers :(. Everything worked very well and we enjoyed our stay!!!

This condo is in need of update and repair. There was so many things wrong with this condo that I can explain them all. The main thing was cleanliness. We had to wash the bedding and all the towels. The towels smell so bad no one should been expected to bathe with them.Things where broken like ceiling fan switch could not turn the ceiling fan off by pulling the switch there was no ceiling switch, only way it could be turned off is at wall. Sheet rock peeling off on the wall next to the washer and dryer. Black mold in both bathroom tub area. Couch and chair old and worn out really need to be replaced. My family was so disappointed with this condo. Black marks underneath the island area really looks bad, it make it look dirty. The A/C seems like it was not working good at first , but it got us through our time there. I would not recommend this condo to absolutely no one. Give it one star.

Parking

Due to 2 vehicle parking passes our third car needed a parking spot. Our owner advised to park in payed lot next door. But it was closed for construction. 3rd vehicle was towed from Walmart parking lot. Towing company told us they have addressed this with the city council. I did find out this restriction is from Memorial Day to Labor Day. It’s the city not the property’s fault.

The house was amazing it was very clean and very spacious.But the tvs in two of the rooms wouldn’t work and I think you should add to your description that both tubs in the bathrooms are high tubs but than that it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend renting from Andrew!!

Stunning Views / Perfect Location

This 5th floor corner unit has the most wonderful views of the ocean and we were able to see the sunset from our balcony. The condo is spacious and nicely laid out.
