Family trip to Orange Beach

Family Vacation

Our family loved staying here. We went with a big group of siblings and their families! There was enough space for everyone to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms, which made mornings and evens so much easier. The condo wonderful. When the dryer stopped drying it was a quick text and the issue was fixed that day with ease. Our only complaint is something the condo owner has no control over, the elevators in peek times are so slow! So be prepared to wait or do the 21 flights of steps, but overall not a big deal. We loved it!

Family Vacation 2023

Each year before school starts our growing family takes a beach trip and it is important to have a place that is big enough, has all the amenities, things for the kids to do, and is clean and comfortable. The Phoenix this year was the best apartment we have had. Checked all the boxes. Elevators were an issue, as I am sure this is a common statement.

Annual Beach Trip

This was a great place to stay for our immediate and extended family. The lazy river was a big hit! The condo was very spacious and accommodated 11 of us perfectly! The elevators are very busy for the morning beach and pool time and again in the early evening for going back up to the condo, but not overwhelmingly stressful. I would definitely recommend this property for a large group. The kitchen could definitely use an inventory and adding a few things like good knives and serving bowls and things.

Family Vac.

It was great. We had 8 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of room and more. Now we were there during July 4th. Check in on Saturday was horrible. The elevator was the problem but everyone was coming in at the sane time so that was to be expected. After that it was fine. I would highly recommend. The condo was spectacular. Every bedroom had its own bathroom plus a bathroom in the hallway. Had a wine fridge which we used for bottled water and cold drinks. Also had a separate ice maker which came in handy for cooler at the beach. Also a Wal-Mart was close by so my daughter put in a hugh grocery order which they delivered right to the door. I definitely would go back.

Outstanding!

Beautiful space, with lots of room for family time and meals together. Great patio space. Breathtaking views! Our family LOVED IT! Could use a deep clean, of showers and tubs, and sweep under sofas and beds but overall, it was very good. Priceless memories were made here this week. Thank you, The Ogara's

Very nice condo

The condo itself is very nice, plenty of room for our large crew. However we will not rent this condo again due to the elevators. The condo is on the 21st floor and it took well over an hour on check in day just to get an elevator and get to our condo. Yes there were times that it was no problem to get an elevator however the majority of the time we had to wait, for several elevators bc they were all full.

Wonderful time with family!

We had an amazing trip. The condo is very spacious and convenient to the beach and pools. All ages had a very nice stay. Only downside was the kitchen could be better stocked with cups, spatulas, and Pyrex/casserole dishes. We like to cook all our meals in and there wasn’t always enough for such a large group. Overall, would stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting a nice relaxing and eventful vacation!

This is a beautiful, well appointed corner condo with the luxury of 3 king size beds for adult couples. Best feature is solid glass wall facing East for unobstructed views of the sunrise.

Nice large condo for the whole family

Nice big corner condo with room for the entire family. Well stock d kitchen with pots and pans etc. Especially the ice maker and electric griddle were much appreciated! But the lack of salt and pepper and at least one extra roll of TP or paper towels was a bit disappointing. Nice location, good beach, and very nice pools and other amenities. The patio is outstanding and the patio furniture is very comfortable. The one request we had was more hooks or bars to hang our towels.

Wonderful vacation!

Condo was wonderful! Was just as described! Beautiful decor, great space for families, very clean, well stocked. Only had one minor issue-stopped up bathtub drain- called and it was handled promptly. Very spacious condo with gorgeous views

The condo was as described. The owner and property manager are very responsive. The balcony was large and breezy with amazing views of the ocean and sunrise. We spent a lot of time out there. The condo has 4 good size bedrooms. Pack a sweatshirt as the A/C was very cold in some rooms. We had everything we needed as far as plates, pans, baking sheets etc. We came in August and the property was packed! We didn’t have issues with elevators except on Saturday at check-in. Plan ahead! Order grocery delivery and remember to order hand soap for sinks, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry and dish soap, etc. Our family loved the lazy river and slide. The cleanliness was really our only complaint.. It’s time for a deep cleaning as there’s layers of dust accumulating on fans and light fixtures and under beds.
