Upon arrival we found our unit in disarray, it had yet to be cleaned up after the last clients. A housekeeper was sent out right away and we were notified when we could take residence. This unit was okay but it does need some work.

We have been visiting different coastal areas for a winter get a way This place was absolutely perfect!Coffee in mornings on balcony overlooking the beach watching the sunrise. The perfect beach condo!

My siblings and I got together after an extremely long time and had the perfect weekend together! This property was exactly as advertised...it allowed us to enjoy each other comfortably. Floors were dirty and ruined every sock we took, kitchen area smelled of pot and trash can smelled of alcohol. There were no remotes in a batteries. There was a sticker in the second smaller bedroom closet that I didn’t notice (we didn’t use the closet) until checkout that stated “owner’s closet, camera in use”. We checked the entire closet for a camera but did not find one. So if this was a joke, I was not laughing. The parking pass fee was $50, not $30 like stated in agreement. You aren’t guaranteed a parking space even with the required purchased pass. The security kiosk was rarely staffed by someone. Then, on our final night the smoke alarm went off twice for 10 seconds at 2:30am with no sign of smoke. The alarm is hardwired so this was not a battery issue. Overall this was a terrible place to stay and I will NEVER stay here again. I contacted the owner through multiple contacts given with no response and it has been a week.

Perfect For Us

The condo was just as advertised. The check in process was simple. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again. The only negatives were that there was some minor damage to the condo upon our arrival, but it did not affect our stay in any way. Also, we were told we could enjoy the pools and beach prior to check-in, but when we arrived at the property at noon, security told us that we were not allowed on the property prior to 4:00pm. Security did end up allowing us to obtain a parking pass and go to the beach upon arrival. It all worked out, and we had a great time.

Seaside Beach Resort is a nice place to stay, the in and out entrance needs a new design. Condos on the beachfront but only one restaurant within walking distance. The owner of our property where we stayed always answered any questions in a quick timely manner.

Nice although security was a bit extreme.

The accommodations were great. One of the sliding glass doors were very sticky, but we fixed that with some WD40. Security was a bit extreme. Older woman security person definitely made sure to justify her job by fussing often, at us a couple times and other guests several times a day about inconsequential BS. No one was drinking or acting obnoxious. She just made a point of picking on silly little things like tossing a small, 3” round pool ring that my grandsons were retrieving from the 3-1/2’ deep pool. Having a water bottle near the pool’s edge, etc. She mentioned “the owners” wouldn’t like it. I’m almost certain, if the owners don’t mind having temporary guests, they wouldn’t mind the things that this security guard determined to be unacceptable.

The condo was covert nice but the location was everything!!! Waking up to the view of the ocean and listening to the waves was so breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this location if visiting the Orange Beach location. I would definitely stay again.
