Palm Beach es un hermoso complejo de condominios ubicado en Orange Beach, al este del Gulf State Park. Está convenientemente ubicado cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y atracciones locales. Sin embargo, debido a que es solo un complejo de 100 unidades, ¡nunca se sentirá abarrotado en las dos piscinas o en la hermosa playa! Los jardines están bellamente ajardinados con un paseo marítimo que conduce a la playa.

Esta unidad de planta baja recién renovada y amueblada de 831 pies cuadrados, baño y medio es del tamaño perfecto para una familia pequeña o dos parejas.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con utensilios de cocina de calidad y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos. Disfrute de una comida 'casera' o 'comida para llevar' en la mesa de vidrio para cuatro. Un medio baño se encuentra fuera de la cocina.

La sala de estar incluye un sofá cama Queen. Disfruta del televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas montado en la pared, reproductor de DVD e Internet Wifi.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con colchones con sábanas de alta calidad, TV y reproductor de DVD.

El baño principal cuenta con una bañera de hidromasaje profunda y una gran ducha con mampara de vidrio. También hay un tocador de lavabo doble y un área de maquillaje separada. Para su comodidad, una lavadora y secadora también se encuentran en el baño principal.

¡La piscina está a solo unos pasos de nuestro patio, así como del paseo marítimo iluminado que conduce a las arenas blancas de Orange Beach!

Fantastic property

We've stayed at Palm Beach for years. We love that the property has 1, 2, and 3 bedroom options so our large group can stay together. This trip we had 25 people in 5 different condos. Location is great. Close to the state park trails if you want to walk/bike off the beach. Our first floor unit was fantastic for access to the pool and beach. Perfect for an adult couple. All the kitchen supplies we needed. We will be staying here again. Thanks

Last minute stay

We booked last minute to get away after the passing of our beloved dog of 14 years. The property is in a great location, literally steps from the pool. It was a bonus with kids 9 and 10. There is no view of the ocean or beach from the condo but you are close to the pool. The walk to the beach is very short which was also a bonus. My only complaints about the condo were the owners may need to look into new cleaners, it didn’t seem very clean and sand still on the floor, food smeared on night stand and couches. We are low maintenance and I don’t complain about stuff like that. I know a lot of times the owners are not aware. The only other con was there does seem to be a very strong mildew or mold smell. It’s coming from the A/C unit area and I’m not sure if there was a flood or water damage at one point but it was a smell that we noticed immediately walking in. We liked the condo and the resort and would stay again.

Beautiful condo and perfect location

The condo was amazing and had beautiful, updated furnishings. The beach felt very private and secluded… an easy walk down. Close to restaurants and mini golf! The only downside was it was on the main level near the entrance with a lot of traffic and noise. Parking was a little bit difficult as we had to contact the property and deal with getting a permit which was annoying as the link did not work. Hal was awesome and a great host with communicating with us and answering any problems in a quick and timely fashion!

Perfect accommodations

We loved our stay at Palm Beach Resort! The location is perfect. The property was clean and as described with beautiful decor. We love coming to stay here-we’ve stayed at several condos in OB, but this is our fav-quiet, small, heated pools, and super easy beach access. Will be coming back next year!

The Palm Beach is right on the beach for easy access to beach and pool. The room B14 is decorated beautifully and updated. The room has all the kitchen essentials and you will find sand and pool toys in the pantry. I do think it needs a deep clean. There were remnants left over under the fold out sofa including trash, glow sticks, and the unit was dusty. The dryer handle has been secured with caulk and was falling off. The booking pass would work well if the correct code was given. I had to go to the office and call the contact person given in instructions. The office was reluctant to help me and I had to go back for a second time. The second time she pulled the parking code out of a binder for us to register our vehicle. There’s easy access to shops and restaurants given the location of the palm beach. Overall, we had a great trip and stay at the Palm Beach Resort.

Condo was beautiful. Had everything we needed. Beach was beautiful. Who knew that Alabama had such soft/white sand! The pool was fantastic! Had a great get away!

Wonderful stay!

We stayed @ PBR for 2 months (January & February) and really enjoyed our stay. Access to our condo was so convenient being on the ground floor. The condo was newly renovated and very comfortable and nicely appointed. Any issues that we had were addressed promptly an Ann, our contact, was most accommodating. We will be back.

Perfect

This condo was a newly remodeled since Hurricane Sally and very beautiful. The patio doors exit straight to the pool so the easy access guaranteed us a spot. We were very pleased with the ground unit and could still see the ocean. The walk to the beach was literally a Hop N skip and much shorter than others I have stayed at. Property owner Hal kept in constant contact which was great not having to deal with 3rd parties. Highly recommend

Sally cut our vacation short😢

We checked in on Friday, Sept 11th, and due to the approaching Tropical storm/Hurricane (Sally), and to ensure our safety, we left on Sunday morning. This condo was the perfect getaway for us; it was very clean, comfortable, and in a great area. We were so disappointed that we had to leave early. The owner was very understanding. As it happened, Sally did a ton of damage to the area, and we made the right decision to leave when we did. We will definitely return to the area as well as this condo.

Palm beach condo in orange beach

Our condo was right next to the pool and not far from the beach either. Occasionally you could here the people above and water moving through pipes, but overall it was a great place to stay. Bring your own detergent and shampoo, it’s not a hotel.

Just love this property

We stayed in a 1br with pull out sofa for 3 adults. Room was cute and just right for 3 as we were at the beach most of our trip. Hal Graves was very helpful and alway took our calls promptly. Only thing was there weren't enough towels and sofa bed not comfortable. I was able to get some more towels from the linen room across the hall. Overall a great value and had a great time. This was our 2nd stay here and plan on returning next year.
