Beautiful updated condo with an awesome direct gulf view. 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, a perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation.

Granite counter tops and tile flooring, wood plank tile in bedrooms and baths.

Sit in the living room and enjoy gulf/ beach views thru floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding glass doors. Sofa sleeper in living room. Flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms.

The Master bedroom has a King bed with floor to ceiling windows and a sliding door to the balcony. Flat screen with DVD player. Master bath has oversized granite counter vanity with tub/ shower combo. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, flat screen tv with DVD player. The attached bath has a granite vanity with tub/ shower combo.

We provide WI-FI, bath towels, wash cloths, ironing board, hair dryers, starter size toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish washer detergent and a full size washer/ dryer. There is a ice machine in the lobby on the first floor.

This unit has easy access to the elevator. We will try and reply quickly if there is a problem or question. This condo has access to many amenities. Indoor heated pool and hot tub, Outdoor pool, Kiddie pool.

Direct access to the sugar white beach.

Basketball court, Vehicle charging station, Tennis/ pickle ball court, Poolside grills with covered eating area. Parking passes required by the Phoenix properties, guest will purchase parking pass and you will recieve email 2 days prior to check in with info to purchase pass.

Quick, but nice visit through OB!

Property was exactly as shown but with a different couch. Very clean property as well. Owners were great with communication and very simple check in process. Staff, especially security, were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed a few short days as we were just passing through town, but we always enjoy the area when passing through. It was a little busier than what I remember last time, as the area has grown through the years, but still a beautiful area with great beaches. No complaints whatsoever. Only suggestion for renters is the fitness room couldn’t be accessed when I normally work out due to needing a key and staff not being there until 9. I like to run in the earlier morning so for people who work out before 9am, having a key or access would be great!

A great place to stay. Everything as advertised. The owner was very easy to communicate with, very responsive. The staff was very friendly and available to answer all questions. The maintenance staff was also awesome. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. Overall, I would stay at this unit again.

Great place!

My family and I just checked out and had a wonderful stay! Accommodations are clean, decorated nicely and I didn’t know before booking but Phoenix VIII is of the smaller condos so it wasn’t too crowded on the beach. Would like to put in a recommendation to consider drapes/curtains in the front bedroom- the window faces the hall and the condo lights for the hall shine right above it through the window so that was a little distracting.

This was by far the best place i have ever stayed at. Check in and communication with host was quick and easy. The overall cleanliness was a 11 out of 10 not an issue at all. Location was perfect for beach access and views was amazing. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.
