There was not an Ocean View. The furniture on the balcony consisted of 1 chair and a table that was rusted out. There were only 3 forks. The elevators kept breaking with no communication from the hosts, very frustrating especially because we were on the 3rd floor. I would recommend it but they need to update their listing about the views.

The downstairs level was clean. However, the wall above the upstairs bed was COVERED in dust. There was a terrible smell in the refrigerator, as well as the entire upstairs had a musty odor.
