Welcome to Romar Place 302, a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo that delivers comfort, convenience, and unbeatable Gulf views from a private, spacious balcony. This bright and inviting retreat features a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a cozy living area with a large flat-screen TV, and a convenient in-unit washer and dryer. The primary suite includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a private ensuite with walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms each offer queen beds and flat-screen TVs, with one having direct access to the shared full bathroom. Guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, fitness center, and immediate beach access, making this the perfect destination for your next coastal escape.

Romar Place is located in beautiful Orange Beach on the beach, within walking distance from Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Cafe, or Doc's Seafood. Attractions in the area include Adventure Island, Beachside Mini Golf, and the Arcade. Romar Place is located a short drive from the Wharf with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment at your fingertips

The complex DOES require parking passes and wristbands. The complex charges $50/parking pass and limits TWO vehicles per condo. You will need to purchase your parking registration at the front office onsite at Romar Place immediately upon arrival. Wristbands - yellow- these are for all guests ages 13 & above. Red wristbands - these are for all guests 12 & under and will be distributed upon arrival- registration and asked to be returned upon departure. There will be a drop off stand in the lobby for returns. If someone loses their bracelet they can come to the office and purchase another one for $10.00 (debit or credit only). The bracelets are rubber and can fit on the wrist or ankle. The bracelets must be worn at all times while on the premises. Failure in wearing the bracelet will prohibit anyone from using the common amenities.
No parking of trailers, RVs, or watercraft allowed onsite.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Loved this condo! It was very clean and in great shape, spacious, convenient. What a view from the balcony!!! Right on the beach with a lovely gentle breeze and shade to stay cool. Located close to the state park and lots of choices for restaurants and ice cream. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The balcony was great and the views were amazing! Close to shopping and restaurants. Would love to come back soon. We arrived earlier than expected. I called and was given a complimentary early check-in. Thank you!

Onsite management was the worse I have ever dealt with. We had several issues and they just kept telling us it was not their problem. We tried contacting the host and they even took a day to call back. The place itself was not bad except every bed had sand in the sheets when we laid down the first night. Just be aware if you stay there and need help onsite management people are absolutely NO HELP. I personally will never rent there again.
