Great location and really enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was clean and you guys made the check in process super easy and that was great. I was shocked to find out that we thought we were getting a pull out couch and it was not. And the only complaint I would have other than that was the staff when I asked a question was very rude because I didn’t book my room through them. Even with those headaches my family really enjoyed our time at this location.

Family beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brought our grandkids for a family beach trip, the condo was nice but could have been cleaned better. We have staying at various Phoenix properties for nearly 30 yrs and this was the dirtiest condo we have experienced. Suggest the owners evaluate their housekeeping company performance. The location was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Good could’ve have been slightly better

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the room was stocked with everything you could need for cooking, if you have a can that needs opened make sure you have a can opener with you or buy cans with easy open lids. One remote for the tv wasn’t working so the tv was in a zoomed in picture setting. Not a huge issue but when it’s raining and you go to watch tv it is slightly annoying. It would be nice that if the property did any work on rooms they let you know in advance, when trying to get a younger kid to nap while work is going on below you isn’t the best experience. The room was perfect in every aspect tho and I would stay again.

Great Place To Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful place to stay. Nice room; everything you could need. Beautiful view. Fast elevators, never waited for more than 3 minutes on a holiday weekend. Easy parking. The only problem is that the entire area is too grown up,too busy, with too many people, too many buildings.
