A perfect getaway

Bright Cheery Property, Easy Trail & Town Access

This was a great place to stay. There is a nice view of the local state park out the back porch of our unit. The property itself is bright & cheery with full kitchen. The bedrooms are a nice size with their own bath and tv. There is easy access to a really nice trail. The pool area includes a lazy river and a good amount of seating including lounge chairs. (it was too chilly for a swim, but it was a sunny place to relax).

New high end appliances, big screen TVs in all the rooms. Very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time at BVR and once again it was a wonderful experience. We love staying in the houses that back up against the marsh so we can sit out on the back porch. The home was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and you just can't beat the location. We love biking and running in the state park, swimming in the pool, and it is such a short walk to the beach. Perfect for our family!

Flooded

We didn’t even get to stay at this property because of a sewage back up. We received a voicemail right when we landed saying we had to be relocated. It was awful as I planned this vacation around staying here which didn’t happen. Hardly any apologies from the property management office as well. Very upset.

Perfect Spot

Excellent location, beautiful property. Our kids loved the pool and the convenience was a definite plus! We will absolutely be back and recommend!

Great little place to land

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Proximity to the beach and hiking was wonderful, the house is literally brand new, not a thing wrong with it. We cooked most of our meals and were not struggling to find what we needed in the kitchen. The back porch with view of alligators and the marsh was spectacular. Quiet, clean, nice bathrooms, and comfy beds. Price was good, community pool was heated and enjoyed, the kids spent a lot of time on the slide. We will rebook again. Lastly, the staff was super nice and prompt with a minor issue (wasps trying to make a nest). The admin communicated with us via text multiple times BEFORE our vacation, so easy.
