This conveniently located two-bedroom two-bathroom condo is ready for your fabulous beach vacation. A cozy sofa and armchairs are in the living area, along with a 64-inch smart television when you just want to hang out and relax or watch the game.

Your fully equipped gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a flat top range, and one stool at the breakfast bar and a compact mini fridge with bottom freezer for extra drink storage. If you feel like making a meal or two, plenty of cookware is at your fingertips. A round wood table with four chairs is in the dining area, and another table with chairs, and a chaise lounge, is on the tiled balcony.

Your master bedroom suite offers a king-size bed, a 43-inch smart television and your own balcony access. The master bathroom offers a new extended marble-topped vanity counter, lighted mirror, heated towel rack and a combined tub and shower. The guest bedroom provides two queen-size beds, wall mounted 55-inch smart television and en suite bathroom with new vanity, lighted mirror and tub/shower combo.

Make sure you check out the gorgeous scenery and stick around in the evening to enjoy the colorful sunsets.

Stay at Phoenix East 2

This is a comfortable and well-maintained property. The condo was roomy and attractive. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. We had easy beach access and the beach was not crowded. Very pleasant stay.

This exact condo unit is outdated. The view and location are nice.

This unit needs upgrades. Bedroom carpet and living room furniture is dirty. The elevators didn’t work on the days with high wind conditions (so be prepared to walk up 14 flights of stairs). The location was very nice & convenient. Beautiful beach & ocean views!

Great Condo!!

Me, my dad, and my husband stayed in the condo for a long weekend family trip and the condo was just perfect!! Spacious, no noise from neighbors, very clean, and the balcony view was breathtaking!!
