Newly renovated

The property updates were very nice and modern and the space was very large for a one bedroom condo. Could’ve been a little cleaner though.

Mold and water damage

The master bedroom ceiling had water damage and mold spots throughout the ceiling very visible. 2 of use that stayed in the master bed came home very sick from our stay. I do insurance appraiser and Independent adjusting for a living, so I'm well firmer with what black mold and water damage looks like. Also the the duct work need to be cleans as well. United was comfortable, however there is signs of mold in your A/C as well.
