Private: property 900 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated (10 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool house with shower, WC and cooking stove, terrace (150 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, air conditioning, burglar alarm system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. E-charging station.
