Apartment is on the groundfloor our family house and it is the only apartment in the house.
Quests have at disposal a big terrace with garden furniture and toys for children with partially sea view.
The house is located in peaceful location and still just 10-15 walking minutes to the center of Opatija and beaches in Opatija

Wir haben uns bei Sanja und Thomas sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt, die Vermieter waren super nett und haben uns viele wertvolle Tips gegeben, um die Gegend kennenzulernen zu lernen. Schönes Appartement mit fantastischem Blick

Sehr freundliche zuvorkommende Gastgeber, geräumige schöne Wohnung, angenehme Zimmeraufteilung, schön renovierte Räume, optimal ausgestattete Küche - auch Werkzeug :), große Dusche und schönes Bad, alles sehr sauber. Der schattige Terassenplatz ist gemütlich. Insgesamt eine tolle Lage über der Stadt mit sensationellem Blick auf Opatija und das Meer. Einkaufen, in die Cafés und zum Stadtstrand fußläufig gut machbar.

Schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung

Sehr gut eingerichtete, frisch renovierte Ferienwohnung, mit höchstem Komfort. Die Wohnung liegt etwas oberhalb von Opatja, dass Zentrum ist jedoch innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit zu Fuß erreichbar. Von der Wohnung und der Terasse hat man einen tollen Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um Istrien und die Kvarner Bucht kennen zu lernen. Auch Wanderungen können gut von der Wohnung aus gestartet werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, geben auch immer gute Ausflugstipps und Restauranttipps. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub verbracht.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Es handelt sich um eine wirklich großzügige, helle und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung. Super schön, die Bilder halten, was sie versprechen. Alles ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, mit allem was man so benötigt. Die Möbel waren in sehr gutem Zustand und neuwertig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist ein tolles Bad vorhanden. Das Auto kann direkt vor der Türe geparkt werden. Grillmöglichkeit und einen Essplatz im Freien bietet die traumhafte Terasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben es genossen dort zu frühstücken und schöne Abende zu verbringen. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Wir haben viele hilfreiche Tipps, sowie Anregungen zu Ausflugszielen, Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Umgebung erhalten. Die Vermieter sprechen sehr gut Deutsch. Die Ferienwohnung können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Opatija ist eine Reise Wert!!

Eine große sehr modern und Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut Deutsch und ist sehr Sympathisch. Sehr zu empfehlen!
