Authentic holiday house with private pool and sea view, on the hill over Opatija. Villa Zatka is a komfortable holiday house with pool and sea view near Opatija. The villa is situated on a fenced plot and a slight hill ( 500 meters above sea level) above the tourist center of Icici. Villa is only 7km away from the beautifully laid pebble beach in Ićići. Visitors of this villa will be enchanted by a beautiful view of the sea or the Kvarner Bay from all parts of the building. The villa is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and carefree vacation. It consists of two floors. On the ground floor are a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with two separate beds and a bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen and dining area have access to a large covered terrace with seating, garden and private pool. The upper floors are connected by internal stairs. On the upper floor there is a living room , 2 bedrooms with double bed and bathroom with shower.
All homes feature balconies and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Washers/dryers, microwaves, and refrigerators are also standard.
