Ski Granier 45 km La Feclaz or Revard 46km. Snowshoeing on site. Bathing with Conjux, beach at the Lake of the Bourget, Bourget du lac (Beach + sailing) 16 km. Baths Aix les Bains. Renovated country barn in 8km from the Bourget lake. At the heart of a small village overlooking the countryside and the Lake. Sector quiet. Very good comfort. Neat country atmosphere. Double gravel terraces, fitted and closed. Unobstructed view of the village, the campaign and the massif des Bauges. Detached house located 8km from Lac du Bourget (largest natural lake in France). Very close to the preserved and renowned vineyards of Chautagne, between the shores of the lake and the Haut-Rhône. Ideal region for all nautical, sporting and cultural activities with walking and hiking trails, cycle paths along the lake and the famous Viarhôna cycle route, sailing and rowing, canoeing on the lake or on the Guiers. At 12km Chanaz, charming typical village on the edge of the Canal de Savières linking the lake to the Rhône. At 11km, the famous Abbey of Hautecombe which houses the tombs of the Princes of Savoy. 27km from Chambéry, capital of the Dukes of Savoy "City of Art and History".
