Discover this charming A-Frame Retreat that's nestled on 18 serene acres. Wake up to your morning coffee on the spacious deck, surrounded by nature. Enjoy the natural spring water catch and release fishing pond and beautifully landscaped surroundings. Cozy up on the swing, listening to the crackling fire around the fire pit. Fall in love with this newly renovated cabin—it’s the perfect family getaway. This cozy cabin comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and 2 pets.

Bases on Guest requirements, if you need assistance the HOST can respond via your booking channel, email, or text as needed.

Oneonta is a rural town that has lots of outdoor activities from hiking, golf, kayaking, fishing, and sports activities.

Driveway is located directly off 231 N, there is a large mailbox with the house numbers and street name at the entrance. Once you enter the driveway follow it up about a 1/4 mile up to the cabin and park to the right once your arrive. Your door code will be sent 3 days before your arrival.

3 Bedroom 3 Bath A-Frame Cabin. Features 1 king bed, 2 Queen beds, and each room has a fold down couch that equals a twin size. There are two full baths located downstairs each with a rainshower and one bathroom upstairs with a claw foot tub. Each room has a private door.

If you are traveling with infants, there is a traveling baby crib available, please let us know ahead of time if you are need of it. There are two high chairs in the utility room. We provide 10 towels are wash clothes. If you have a large group and need more than that then you can use the on site washing machine and dryer or just let us know ahead of time that might additional towels. Events must have written authorization from management. Event's are allowed based on the type and you must get permission in writing before the event.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

Amazing Place!

The home was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The house was perfect, but the outdoor space was every homeowner’s dream! From the fire pit, to the outdoor dining area, to the fishing pond-it was beautifully laid out and set up to be user friendly! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing Property!

Property was exactly as described, and pictures are spot on. I realize that Oneonta is not a destination for many, but if you have a chance to stay at this location, do not hesitate to book. If you are looking to get away and relax, this is the rental for you. Very nice grounds around the home. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor amenities and especially the fact that our pup was welcome as well. There are actually many places to visit around the area. Be sure to check out the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament. It is 30 minutes from the cabin, and even if you are not of the Catholic faith, it is a very beautiful place to see and experience. Ron & Monica were great hosts. We will definitely be staying with them again. Thank you for allowing us the use of your beautiful home.

What A Retreat

The A-Frame Retreat Is an amazing stay! I love the privacy and peacefulness of the area. I always try to bring all the extras I need because I don’t want to miss a moment away from the Cabin. The fire place inside and the fire pit outside was amazing. There was plenty of wood to burn. Book your stay!! You will not regret it!

Total get away!

Most of our family and friends referred to the location as if we were in the Rockies! The A Frame is set far off the main hwy. The trees and foliage was just breathtaking. Very quite and peaceful.
