Unable to get extra pillows even with many non-booked rooms available. 1k yen charge for early check-in even though many rooms are available. No staff present between some hours before check-in, had to wait an hour outside after arriving.

The staff was really helpful and helped me with the lock and ordered a taxi for me. I just use it for one night and I wanted it to be close to the airport. the limited options without a car was a lot less important to me than the nice mattress abd the non smoking policy.

コスパがよかったなと思います。 食事などは何もないと思っていたのですが、冷凍のお弁当が一泊ごとに頂けたのがよかったです。 コンテナ同士が離れているので、周りが気にならなかったです。
