This stylishly furnished semi-detached house is located in Njivice, a beautiful place on the golden island of Krk. The house is located on a terraced terrain on a slope from which you have a marvellous panoramic view of the blue sea. The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor as well as a beautiful roof terrace with sun deck and pool. The entrance to the house is at the rear of the building, where there are two parking spaces. The garden is fenced and is on the same level as the ground floor, where there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. In the garden there is a brick barbecue with space for outdoor dining. On the upper floor there is a spacious living room with kitchen and two bedrooms with bathroom. On the roof terrace you will find a lounge area by the pool and a sun deck with sun loungers. All interior and exterior details and furnishings have been carefully designed to make your stay peaceful, enjoyable and relaxing. The pebble beach is approx. 300 metres away and can be reached on foot. There are many opportunities for an active holiday by the water. Njivice is a place with the best restaurants on the island. Discover the rich history and cultural heritage of the island of Krk, enjoy wakeboarding in Punat, karting track in Krk, promenades, viewpoints, hiking and cycling trails. Swim on the beautiful beaches, visit Vrbnik, the island of Koljun, taste the flavours of traditional island specialities and visit the nearby wineries.
