This charming holiday home with pool, surrounded by flowers, Mediterranean plants and evergreen trees, is located in Slime, a small village in the interior of Dalmatia, between Omi and Makarska. Soothing shades of colour dominate the pleasant interior. The sloping roof extends to 120 cm. In addition to the pool, where you are sure to relax, the large lawn also has a gazebo with garden furniture, a covered terrace and a sink next to the barbecue. We are sure that this fabulous house is the perfect choice for your family holiday.

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung und das Haus hatte Charme, ist aber schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist Tip-top! Die Anfahrt ist mit Pkw noch zu meistern, ab Van wird es schon schwierig, da die Beihilfestraße sehr kurvig und eng ist. Alles in allem ist das Haus weiter zu empfehlen, mit kleinen Abstrichen.

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen und es war wieder toll. Auch wenn die Anfahrt nach wie vor besonders, aber typisch für Dalmatien ist, ist die Lage für Menschen, die Ruhe mögen, einfach wunderbar. Matko, der Vermieter, ist herzlich und steht stets für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir haben herrliche Wanderungen unternommen, am Pool entspannt und lecker gegessen. Wir kommen auch im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Nicht empfehlenswert!

Das Objekt erreicht man über einen sehr schmalen abenteuerlichen Schotterweg. Die Übergabe durch den Vermieter geschah mit "Summ-Lauten". Er spricht kein Wort englisch oder deutsch (der Sohn spricht gut englisch). Wir haben das Haus wegen des großen Gartens und dem Pool gebucht. Leider waren wir nach 5 Minuten in diesem Haus sehr enttäuscht. Das Haus ist sehr dreckig gewesen, Spinnweben überall, in den Küchenschränken und im Kühlschrank lagen sehr viele Krümel und Staub, der Toaster hat geklebt, es hängen im ganzen Haus Duftbäume und elektrische Raumerfrischer in den Steckdosen und der Duft verursacht Kopfschmerzen, der Boden im EG wurde lange nicht mehr gewischt, im Bad kam nach dem Duschen Wasser unterhalb der Duschkabine raus, sämtliche Fugen in der Dusche sind dunkel/schwarz, rund um das Waschbecken war alles dreckig und einfach eklig, Fensterläden gehen nicht zu schließen da Blumenkästen draußen stehen und Mückenschutznetze am Fensterrahmen angebracht sind. Sprich es ist um 5.30 Uhr taghell im Schlafzimmer. Nachdem wir die Duftsachen entfernt haben kam der Geruch der Sickergrube im Bad durch, der Vermieter schleicht früh um 6 im Garten herum, und reinigt den Pool mit dem Kescher. Das hätten wir auch alleine geschafft, ein Fensterflügel fällt einem entgegen beim Öffnen des Fensters, rund um den Pool sind die Fliesen teils beschädigt, locker und scharfkantig abgebrochen. Das stellt ein Verletzungsrisiko dar. Der Vermieter hat es am nächsten Morgen versucht zu "reparieren", war aber mehr als gepfuscht.Eine Grundreinigung wurde angeboten, damit ist es aber nicht getan. Das Haus wirkt sehr abgewohnt und ist keinesfalls Baujahr 2015, wie es bei der Hausbeschreibung angegeben ist. Wir haben über den Sohn des Vermieters rausgefunden dass es seit 2015 vermietet wird. Egal wie alt ein Haus ist, es muss sauber sein. Für das Haus sind 4 Sterne laut einer Agentur vergeben worden. Nie und nimmer. Wir haben uns überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt und haben sofort Kontakt mit der Agentur aufgenommen. Leider wurden wir nur vertröstet, ein Sachverständiger war 2 Tage später vor Ort und hat unsere Beschwerde und Mängel aufgenommen und einen Bericht geschrieben. Bis heute, 2 Wochen später, gibt es noch immer keine Nachricht von der Agentur. Echt schade. Wir haben uns auf eigene Faust eine neue Unterkunft gesucht und konnten nach 2 Tagen endlich unseren Urlaub beginnen. Es gäbe noch mehr zu berichten, das würde allerdings den Rahmen sprengen.
